4/5/15 was also a rest day, enjoyed day out and Barbie :)

5-7/5/15 - jp90 stretches, 150 wet jelqs @ 60/70% eq

Good pis, getting wood night and mornings :)

14-15/5/15 - no stretches these 2 days. Just 120 wet jelqs each day at 50/60% eq

16/5/15 - 150 wet jelqs @ 70/80% eq, 20 mins in pump@ 4hg then 20 mins edging

17-18/5/15 - rest days

19-22/5/15 - no stretching but 150 wet jelqs x 3 and 120 today

23-25/5/15 rest days again with the bank holiday

26-29/5/15 - decided to remove the stretches as I don't need length so just sticking to the jelq routine, 150 wet jelqs each day @ between 50-80% eq

30/5/15 - 30 mins pumping @ 5hg followed by 20 mins edging

2-5/6/15 - 150 wet jelqs and begun to introduce a few uli squeezes as well, once I get to the 1 year mark at the beginning of July I plan to take stock, measure and move to a girth only routine. Atm I don't think I have made any gains since my initial news gains when I did the jp90 foe 3 months but hey ho time will tell

New routine: Clamping!

Set 1, 4 minutes , left with some bruising albeit only mild. It should disappear by tomorrow and I'll drop it to 3 mins and see how that pans out

25/6/15 - 2 sets of clamping, first set 3 mins second set 4 mins, tiny bit of the old red dots this time. Day off 26th so no time and rest days sat sun.

29/6/15 - 1 four min set of clamping, still got a fair bit of larger red spots so just the one set

30/6/15 - 1 four min set of clamping, only a tiny bit of the red spots, perhaps I'm getting a little conditioned. Hoping tomorrow will give no red spots and let me move to a second set :)

a little bit of the red spots but other than that all good, measuring day Sunday for the one year PE mark

1 year progress report

I have to say I am somewhat disappointed, my stats have not changed at all for the last 8 months

I plan on keeping a clamping routine going for the next 3 months.

I think I might have to do additional targeted girth exercises, suggestions anyone?

7/7/15 - 3 sets of clamping today, 4 mins each, final set I added in clamped jelqs, slow 8 second strokes. What an intense workout, this is I think the way forward for me! I only did a few as I am still in the conditioning phase of clamping.

I feel quite optimistic about this new routine, roll on 3 sets of ten mins!

8/7/15 - 3 sets of clamping, 2 at 5 mins and last set 6 mins :)
i measured the expansion which took me up 1/8" above normal measurement.

hoping to get to 3 x 6 mins by the weekend

only had a few tiny red spots this morning after some slow clamped jelqing on set one. Think I will leave the clamped jelqs till last set.

even after coming out of the clamp my unit is rock hard for several minutes

10/7/15 - 2 sets of 8 mins of clamped edging with a few squeezes, no ejac.

i have noticed that I seem a lot Horner than usual, and when I get a boner it's rock hard :)

worth the clamping just for that! Come on girth, show yourself!
