You mean between my starting size vs what I've got nowdays?

I can tell you that the fleshlight I got many years ago doesn't fit easily anymore without a lot of lube.

I recently made progress and I'm very happy that my erect size (bpel) has increased to around 8.3 inches! That's a 0.19 inch increase over my last measurement. Girth hasn't changed. As I've suspected my erect length is slowly catching up with the insane flaccid length gains I've made over the course of the past 6 months.

Awesome progress so far! Interesting, that you first got mostly flaccid gains and just later some erect gains. maybe I should track my flaccid length, too. Since I just care for erect size, I just tracked erect size until now ^^'

Took the last 2 weeks off. Defenetly having to work much harder on keeping the banana warm in winter. Current outside temperature is - 3C°. Pe seems a lot easier in summer.

Since you are slowly becoming a Leluv Slider expert and I am a Leluv newbie, I have a few questions that are troubling me.
1. What is your current/best setup for the slider?
2. How do you avoid circulation problems of the banana head? Do you actually extend for hours without pause or do you split it in sessions?(so that you are sure about no circulation problems)?
3. Do you start extending at e.g. 20cm and then slowly more or do you extend the whole time at your max?
4. The closer you are to your max the more the circulation problems or is it the same?
5. For a newbie like me, would you suggest that I extend for the first week for example only with the first rod? Or should we always just extend at max?

Oh man that´s a lot of questions. I apologize but I do appreciate your feedback :rolleyes:

I've read your progress log with great interest and I feel honored to answer your questions.

1.
This is probably the best setup atm. I'm using a long piece of cloth that wraps around about 3-5 times. The tighter I wrap it around the more grip it creates. It also puts some pressure onto the glans. https://thebiohacker.com/forums/file...hotoid=3242524

There are many ways of strapping into an extender. Other good methods are for example using a silicon sleeve or foam as glans protection. Some guys like the strap, some like velcrow, some like the noose. I personaly like the noose the most.

2.
Cutting blood circulation off is the big problem most guys have with extending and sadly leads to many quitting because of pain. I extend for 1 hour and take a break of at least 30 mins. Right after extending what instantly helps to get bloodflow working faster is to do helicopter shakes and massaging/dry jelqing blood into the glans for about 3 mins. Pumping and jelqing with lube/oils right after extending is also a great method of restoring bloodflow. I personally don't like wet jelqing between every session. If I do it then after I finished the last extending session of the day.

3.
I get this question a lot. It's super important to find that sweatspot with extending where you can tolerate it for 1 hour but still find it comfortable enough without pain. What you're looking for is a certain stretch inside the banana. A hard feel on the internals of the banana. (not to be confused with skin pull)

A simple way of getting the right stretch is measuring your bpfsl. Try to extend somewhere near that number and you should see growth in a month.

Depending on how warmed up I am I sometimes after about 30 mins into the session increase the length about 3 mm. But for the most part I'm too lazy and set it up to what I can tolerate.

4.
Yes and no. Cutting of circulation is dependant on your setup. How the banana is attached to the cradle, at what erection level you enter the device, how big your glans is while strapping in. Naturly extending always cuts off blood from the glans. The more "happy" you strap into the device the easier the session will get. Now I'm not saying go at it while 100% erect. Try to massage as much blood into the banana as possible and try to keep your glans as big as possilbe while strapping in. Pumping the glans up can be a game changer with extending.

5.
I recommened taking it easy for the first week or so. Because the Slider is a static extender you don't have to worry about playing around with stupid springs. When you're strapped into the Leluv you can take a ruler and look for your bpfsl and set it up about 1 cm behind that number as close as you can. Make sure the ruler is pressed into your fatpad. I also recommened having the extender on downward, never upward.

Btw I see that you're vac hanging. I'd recommened focusing on extending and don't hang for 3-4 months, to give the Slider a fair chance to work.

If you have girth bands then you can use them afterwards to stop turtling.

I recommened extending for at least 15 hours per week. If you can do more go for it. 5 days of extending per week is enough. After 1-3 months you should be seeing a much longer bone pressed flaccid stretched length. Make sure to measure the bpfsl . Erect length gains will follow slower.

Get those gains!

I'm now pumping with different types of cock rings to speed up the process.

Adding stretching to my routine with my power stretching device. After a session I've seen a very satisfying flaccid length and it feels great.

I've decided to go on a well deserved deconditioning break. I've reached a super high level of conditioning, which forces me to stop if I want to gain further. The small breaks here and there haven't been enough. I need to reach the low condition level I've had back when I started my extender routine in early 2021. I'm not exactly sure how long this break will be though. I'm currently very focused on other things like my bodybuilding routine. I've been lagging behind on my cardio training, in my case cycling/mountain biking/stationary bike. I'm slowly going to ramp up my efforts on the bike again after not cylcing since oktober 2021. Weather is slowly getting better and I hope to be back outside on my bike latest end of march, depending on track conditions etc. I hate indoor cycling with the heat of a thousand suns but I'll try to "warm up" before I'm back outside for spring/summer.

After 2 months of decon break I'm back in action and very hungry for more gains. Mainly going to focus on extending and some pumping here and there, maybe even some clamping. My girth & bpel haven't changed. Bpfsl is 22.7cm. My first goal for this run will be getting past the 23 cm mark. Looking at my last routine 1-3 months should get me there. 🍌:cool:🍌

Had a great first week of training. I've really missed stretching my banana. It feels awesome. Going to stick to around 20 hours per week with 1-2 restdays. I was also enjoying some hours of walking outside with a 1 kg weight attached to my banana. Hard to hide under jeans but it feels awesome while walking.
