Observation:
My pe performance is sh*t on gym days. I do feel a little more horny after a weight lifting workout but on cardio days pe is tough. I'm going to try to shift my pe training days to non gym days as much as possible.

Hey Polemicist,

thanks for checking out my routine. I started pe with a bathmate x40 in 2015 and used it for a year. I was off pe for a long time until I got back to it in 2019. Around that time I purchased an airpump but never really used it in a consistent way, just for fun. I can't tell if it had much of an impact. I do know however that bathmate on it's own gave me good gains (+0.5" length/girth) in that first year. My new airpump is on a much higher level than the old one and I think it does help a lot to consolidate gains.

Overall yes it helps to heal the banana and increase bloodflow/eq over time. Directly after pumping however (depending the level of edema/how much/hard you pumped) it's a lot harder to get a good erection.

Had to move from the medium cap to the big cap for hanging. My glans has gotten too big for the medium cap.

Was a great pe week. I got a bit bored so I threw in some vac hanging.

Seeing new gains after investing all the hard work is just unbelievably satisfying. The routine is working like a well oiled machine.

At this point I think it's safe to say that I'm hopelessly addicted to PE. Can't stop, won't stop, it's just so much fun. Sometimes I need to hold myself back from it to get some essential restdays. :D:cool:

Hey miki95,

I just wanted to have some extra fun. I was hanging a long time before I made this progress thread. I have a lot of foreskin and vac hanging works best for me.

Observations/Thoughts

It's really interesting to see how my tissue reacts to the current routine. Directly after my usual workout after extending my bpfsl already reaches up to 23.2 cm. It does wear down a few mm afterwards. Currently I'm at 22.7 cm in a stretched flaccid state. Let's see how long it takes until the next erect gains come in. Since the last week I'm also shifting my routine a bit more towards vac hanging with extending. Both have great synergy. After 30 mins of vac hanging then right after some dry massaging and helicopter shakes I hit the extender for another hour. My glans has never been this big while extending. It's truly awesome. I will still continue to pump but not as aggressive as before.
