Can you tell a big difference in the girth gains?
I recently made progress and I'm very happy that my erect size (bpel) has increased to around 8.3 inches! That's a 0.19 inch increase over my last measurement. Girth hasn't changed. As I've suspected my erect length is slowly catching up with the insane flaccid length gains I've made over the course of the past 6 months.

Hey Alex,
keep up the awesome gains and the hardworking PE journey!
Since you are slowly becoming a Leluv Slider expert and I am a Leluv newbie, I have a few questions that are troubling me.
1. What is your current/best setup for the slider?
2. How do you avoid circulation problems of the banana head? Do you actually extend for hours without pause or do you split it in sessions?(so that you are sure about no circulation problems)?
3. Do you start extending at e.g. 20cm and then slowly more or do you extend the whole time at your max?
4. The closer you are to your max the more the circulation problems or is it the same?
5. For a newbie like me, would you suggest that I extend for the first week for example only with the first rod? Or should we always just extend at max?
Oh man that´s a lot of questions. I apologize but I do appreciate your feedback![]()

Sorry for the late reply, I was too busy this last week. You do honor me with such a detailed, helpful, great answer! Truly very much appreciated :becky:
I will try to incorporate ALL your tips and tricks and I will let you know how it´s going. I am very excited about your method.
However to be honest, I can´t give up vac hanging for now. I am kind of liking it, although it´s not so convenient as the slider. I will try and combine them but I will put a lot of effort into the slider.
