Op week is here, no getting out of it this time.. lol.. I will stop jelqing until I get the stitches out of my belly if I can even bend enough to do it after that.. Jelqing has started to become addictive for me!! :cool: Giving it a good chance and I think it's paying off for me big time.. I am now completely up to my max'd out measurements!! 6 more months and who knows, maybe I'll hit the ultimate goals after all..

Well abdominal repair surgeries came and went.. I'm back home and freakin' sore!! But it was worth it.. I ended up with a lot of staples over the stitches and it looks like I have full function and feeling in my leg again!! For the first time in 5 yrs I'll add.. Now if there is no infections I can start up the PE in 2 weeks unimpeded.. :pray2: Very happy now..

Actually started to Jelq last week.. It went great, I'm healing up much faster then expected.. This is the 2nd week I've been Jelqing, the EQ is thru the roof and I think there is a slight chance I may have gained an 1/8 in this time (it could be EQ related or actual growth).. I'm on a 2 ON 1 OFF schd. and have worked my way from 10 min to 12 min.. I will keep gaining 2 min a week til I get to 20 min and re-access after that.. Soon going to calling myself a PE success..

Beginning of week 3.. And a positive I can report is the bruising I've had since hanging has faded about 50% less since I started with the jelqing.. It's doing more for me then Fire Goat Rolls did.. This is awesome because I always thought I would have that Bruised area on the bottom of the shaft.. Hopefully the dark spots on the Glans take a hike too!!

Hi old friend!
I am hanging now. At 6lbs in 2 weeks already. But my penis skin pretty hurt :( even the inside ligament is ok and very confortable. So what should i do now? Stay at 6lbs till the skin heal or forget the skin and move up to 7lbs?

What use to happen to me is when hitting a new weight I would feel the burn badly at the base area (8+lb range).. It would be sore, sometimes really sore, something like a bad sun burn.. I knew it was superficial pains-irritation.. But I knew it was just skin burn was the key to it.. Each new pound seemed to be bring it back.. It usually took me 2-3 weeks at each weight level before that feeling dissipated for me.. I used it a bit as a gauge as to when to try and move up in weight.. That feeling gone, I went up a pound and it started again.. Put in 3 weeks, feeling was gone again, up in weight again..

Now that only worked in the lighter poundage's.. Once in the 10+lb range it takes longer to hang more, not just because of skin burn, but the tissues are really starting to get worked and it just takes longer to move up... I would say try the 7 and see, but really the goal is to stay in around 10 lb for as long as possible and gain all u can from it before going up..

I find the way to deal with that burn when hanging a new weight level. I do a ADS after hang, the skin still get stretch so it will heal as it is
stretching. Without the ADS device, the skin will heal in tugging condition so i will get burn pain again in nextday hanging session.

Me personally I have a high pain tolerance.. My body has been thru hell over the last 15 yrs or so.. But that friggin' skin burn can get to be a bit much sometimes.. Just have to work thru it.. :training1: , I never did get permanent stretch marks from it thou I had them while I was hanging.. I could see the small fissures in the skin at the base.. They healed up quickly and are completely gone now.. That is how I know I was doing it right, no permanent damage..

The only way I know I hung any weights at all, is a localized bruised patch of skin on the bottom of the shaft.. Even that is fading now that I am Jelqing full time..

Sorry for hjack your topic again but Thank You ! After nearly a week of hanging 8.8lbs, my penis feel alot better now, no more hurt,burn , everything just fine. I thinkg i can move up to 9.5lbs for next 2 weeks.

well now that we are back up and running fairly well, I thought I would take the time for an update.. I started to hang again, I'm going into week 8 post op and feel alright I guess.. So back to hanging for a bit.. I'm only doing 2X20min sets 6 nights a week starting this past week.. Feels great and since jelqing I feel like I'm getting a better stretch even thou the weights are lighter 8.5-10 lb range.. My stomach is burning a bit from surgery when, but I hope that will pass, only stands to reason right..

I thought since I was hanging again I would share 2 tips that I do every time now and swear by..

1) Dave's Method: This is a method shown in video on the Malehanger site, but I think it originated here with one of the members, obviously named "Dave" lol..

U would take 50% of the max weight u are currently hanging and..
IE: Max is 10 lbs, so for the FIRST 5 MIN of the FIRST SET u would hang 5 lbs.. At the 5 min mark u would add the rest of the weight to the bar, while gripping the hanger to keep the pressure on it, and set the 10 lbs back on the hanger and continue to hang the rest of the set at 10, and all the other sets at 10 right thru.. U would need a loading bar to do this and there is a pic in my thread around pg 5-8 showing the homemade one I use..
This helps a guy not get the that "is my dick going to rip off feeling" at the first of the session.. Easing into it as it were..

2) The other tip that has really helped me was adding "Athletic Tape" to make a support cap on my glans.. I have a real problem with pinheads and a bruise on my glans, so I starting adding the tape for support.. It doesn't take much ether to help.. 2 strips.. One covers over the Coronial ridge down to the top of the urethra.. And the other covers the urethra to the frenulum.. This is just a support cap only.. It doesn't touch the hanger in anyway.. It has prevented me from getting anymore pinheads and bruising.. BUT.. Be very careful when taking it off to go slow!! It will tear skin if u don't when removing it.. It is well worth doing I find regardless..

Hey forgotten!! About the only thing I will do right after the hanging session is a few side to side and BTC (between the cheeks stretches).. Also, I have a seat with my heating pad for 15 min, massaging all over the shaft to get the blood flowing again.. Getting half erect again helps with that.. Plus that also helps if I had any funny small rolls in the skin from wrapping that pinched, works themselves out.. I have enough time to do that in the evenings right now..

Those are temp gains with the pump u are talking about.. Yes the will go away in about a day.. I can get myself pushing 6.375" MEG easily with the pump, but it doesn't last.. Edema, excess blood flow.. These are hard on a guy's unit and I see no real benefit to pump up like that.. I don't feel that way, anyway.. (I use the pump, light pressure 4HG for about 10 min max sometimes, if I want to look fuller when going out in a place that is appropriate to look bigger under the cloths :cool:).. but if u have been pumping for over 6 weeks plus, there could be some permanent gains.. I've never lost any of mine so far, but I've also continued PE..

I had planned to retire the pump in favor of jelqing and stretches from now on.. Basically I'm done on the growth front of PE is the reason.. My pump has caused some skin darking, a few pinheads etc. on the glans no matter how careful it was, hard on the skin... So now that I'm done the growth phase of PE, I will go with the massaging type actions of wet jelqing etc.. Plus the cocoanut butters smell good!!

I know this post isn't really PE related but, yesterday morn I was able to manage 3 full pull ups 12 weeks after major surgery!!! I did 7 to finish the 10 with one foot on the milk crate.. Feeling pretty good right now :whoo:.. The best part, NO REAL PAIN!!! Also, I'm 224 or 17 lbs out from what I weighed leaving HS @207, I'm going to be 35 this year!! The PE on top of this, I'm feeling like something finally went right for me for a change.. I figure by Fall I could safely do a full Crossfit workout and be ok, that's good because the woodlands are calling and a fella really needs to be in shape for it..

Nothing really new to report on the Eastern front.. I'm back up to 12.5 lbs, I perfected the hanger "fit" for myself and everything seems ducky so far.. Measuring time in 3 months..

I know I keep jumping around, but this week I'm trying a new to me, method from BB'ing.. I call this one, and it's not something new I'm sure "Cock Shock"..

I do my first set as normal.. 1st 5 min is now 7.5 lb.. Once I hit the 5 min mark I reload the bar while holding the pressure on the hanger and go all the way to 15 lb.. I hang the rest of the 15 min at the 15 lb right now.. I'm finding that lower weight at the first very helpful for seating and getting use to the pressures, makes the rest of it a lot easier on me..

For the 2nd set I drop the weight back to 11 lb and hang the full 20 min at that... I can report now that this has really helped my unit's hang after I get the blood flowing again.. And there is minimal turtling.. So, I think I will keep doing it this way for a bit and see if I can spur some new growth..
