Wore it for the first time during sleep. Woke up a couple of times, but I guess with time I get used to it.

I have yet to receive a notification that the order has been processed.

I am in the US - how long did it take to get notification that the order had shipped / for it to arrive?

I emailed customer service, but no luck yet.

I placed my first order 12/23/13 and some people ordered way before me and so far nothing yet...
They never responded to my 6+ emails so dont expect anything from their customer service, it flat out sucks...

According to phallosan orders will begin shipping tomorrow in America. So hopefully we both have it by next week....

Hi everyone, I ordered my phallosen forte back in October, didn't receive it until a month later. I recently ordered replacement condoms for the bell, as my last order took about a month, I expected the same here. Anyway I ordered on 12/20/13, I have emailed customer support and billing with no response. I'm about to dispute the order through paypal but I need the condoms as mine has ripped. Does anyone know if this has to do with the FDA hold? Does anyone know if there are cheaper faster alternative sites where we can get our hands on these?

P.S. Advice from another user suggested trying regular condoms that are smaller than what would be used for intercourse, I tried this and I always lose suction, I've tried multiple types as well.

I modded mine with the Xleeve (see page 194 for my post). I have had it on for a week and I am way happier with this modification. I can quickly roll it back onto the bell and there is no chance it will tear. It was a cheap alternative, and the suction/grip is actually better. I have yet to lose any grip in a week.

I should note: I am using the large bell and was using the large condoms, so the size of the Xleeves were compatible.

I want to order a pair for when my pf arrives, but have no idea which size to get. Is there some sort of size template somewhere? Is it one size fits all? I was considering buying the large one but afraid it will be to big.

Hey 9inchtall If your girth is between 4-4.7 you would use the small condom, if it is 4.7 and up you can use the medium.

I'm currently in search of a cheaper alternative to Phallosan's expensive condoms. So far my choices are xleeve from autoextender, and the condoms for Lingam extender.

I think he means the phallosan condom sleeves, but I could be mistaken. If it is the phallosan condom sleeves then I totally agree with Skinny, he got it quite precise with the range for the sleeves. I am 4.75 girth and the medium sleeves are just barely tight enough.

It was very helpful, indeed. But I only figured it out having lots of edema myself! I started wearing it at night 2 days ago and it got quite big. I'll do the same as you are doing.

I was wearing the large bell because the medium felt a little tight when I got an erection. However, when I wore the large bell there was always a lot of edema. Since my break, I went back down to the medium bell and it has been working great for me. I have to also "shove it in" as you described. I have an erect mid shaft girth of 4.75 and my head is quite big when erect. Therefore, I often change to the large bell at night-time. Hope this helps.

Because I use medium condoms of pf.
I only see small and large.
Am I missing something?

Just so you know, if you're ever desperate for condoms while waiting on replacements, you can use a balloon. I'm using one now and it's working well.

Dear Phallosan forte customers,

most of you know me, the ones which do not: My name is Julian and i am in charge of all US/Canadian customers as the International Manager of Orbisan Ltd., which is the producer and owner of Phallosan forte and PenisPlus.

I want to apologize to everyone who had to wait for such a long time until you received your already paid Phallosan forte. We did have some major problems with the Logistic Partner and the FDA. Since Phallosan forte is more advanced then most others on the world market, the FDA told us to do a relabeling. As we were asked for this on the 6th of January 2014 we had no chance to get the orders out before that date do the US law.

We tried everything in our power to send out all orders but due to the relabeling (new packaging, new website, new descriptions and manuals) it took us a while to accomplish all that.

I know this is not your problem and you are definitely right, but every company had in its past a problem with punctual delivery.

What I do know: it is worth waiting for the Phallosan forte product.

We do think about an apology in form of a small gift to you all, which will be something new to your Phallosan forte device. Please give us some time until we are ready with the development.

Nevertheless, every customer from the USA and Canada who ordered before the 15[SUP]th[/SUP] of January should receive his Phallosan forte either today or tomorrow!
But like mentioned on all US and Canadian websites, everyone who ordered after the 20[SUP]th[/SUP] of January will receive his Phallosan forte in mid of February.

I can assure you, we will fix this delivery issue.
We will build up a new headquarter in Florida at beginning of April 2014 so you have a constant line for our customer service team and can be sure that someone from us is always there for your demands.

We are as well preparing a Clinical Study in the USA, I will post about that as well and keep you all informed.

Again I want to apologize to all of you and hope you accept this.
