The PF has been a hugely frustrating battle for me. It seems that every few days something will annoy me about the device. One thing that I think PF as a company need to do, is to add more than one size of each sleeve as they break quite easily. I'm not sure if its worth it honestly.
I'm actually very angry with the Phallosan Forte product. And perhaps frustrated with myself. The condom that was the best size for me (didn't fit very well anyway) ripped by only a slight touch of my fingernail and there are no replacements that come with the $350+ product. Another smaller sleeve was already ripped. I just had to make an order to PF that cost another $108 fucking dollars for two - because I'm certain it will happen again. Rant over.

I don't know exactly. I contact Julian months ago when he was posting on here and then I e-mailed that address, just said I bought it and I could I have the three free condom sleeves, and just mention your name, address, and what size condom sleeves you want I reckon. They might need your order number too, you might be able to get that in old e-mails when you were ordering it.

I just modified my PF with the Xleeve spare sealing sleeves from the VacExtender over the weekend (I purchased the blue large sleeves x2), and I really want to say thank you to Wuddup for the idea. They are much tougher and I can pull them back over the bell without worry of tearing them. Great replacement for the condoms. And they grip and hold a lot more, so I'm not even remotely worried about losing grip. Thanks Wuddup!
Specifically: The sleeves are reasonably long, so I pulled them over the bell with enough at the top to pull over the tension springs (preventing the plastic tension device from popping off the bell). Then I rolled the rest down enough to provide an inch or so to roll down over the shaft. Same as the condoms. These are very tough sleeves, so I don't worry about aggressively rolling them over the bell to insert, and then rolling it down.
The only problem I can see is that this modification would allow someone to put a LOT of tension on the device, which might be a bad idea. I'm keeping things in the yellow range of tension, even though the grip now allows me to attach my truck to it if I wanted.

Wow thanks for this info bro. I haven't received my pf yet but I was concerned about the very fragile, yet expensive condoms that for the device. Good to know there is another alternative. Please keep us updated on the effectiveness.

Julian has seemed to have disappeared from the forum. However, I often wear it for 20+ hours and have had good progress with it. However, I would recommend taking a 1 day break from it a week to recover. If you are only starting, use it in the low green tension and build it up over time. Also, you really have to build up to wearing it for 20+ hours a day, as in get used to the device first.

I have no problems wearing it at night now, just wear it on a low tension. You will get used to it over time. It took me a few weeks to get used to it, but now the phallosan belongs on my dick haha.
damn now that I read your signature more carefully, thats some awesome gains!! At first I just saw the 2013 and 2014 and just thought 1 inch in 1 year, but when i looked more closely now, i realize it's 1 inch in 4 months. That's insane!! I've been doing the manuals, and using the SizeGenetics and Bathmate for 2-3 months now. Would it be ok to start right away with 20+ hours on the PF?
I just received my Phallosan today and have been very pleased with it so far. I've already worn it for about 4 hours today, which is quite a bit more than the instructions say a noobie is supposed to - this thing is seriously addictive! It is the most comfortable PE device i've ever used, and i've been through a lot:
The Jes extender cut off my blood flow too much and gave me burst foreskin veins with its noose. I tried a VLC tugger mod, but that always gave me painful blisters and wore a small hole in my frenulum after a few weeks. The Bathmate crushed my pelvic region when trying to get a good suction going, meaning that I gave up after just two sessions.
Phallosan? Zero pain, perfect stretch, extremely minimal blistering or redness, even after so much use just today. The initial application of the condom sleeve was a major hassle, but after practicing a few times i've got it down to an art - the trick is to not treat the condom sleeves too gently. I feel that any trouble I had was worth it for such a brilliant suction. Also, my dick isn't very big - 6.6" BPEL x 4.3" EG - and that can vary throughout the day. So when i'm turtling a bit, i'm grateful for the varying sizes you get in the box because most of the time I fit the medium size but sometimes I suit the small size better.
As for the price, for £250, it's really damn expensive. But I have already wasted enough money on uncomfortable crap that to finally get something that I enjoy using all day is almost worth it (plus I got a Bathmate refund at Lovehoney, so that shaves £100 off it).

Well, 5 months it was. A little over. I would say no to your question. There is a definite adjustment period to the phallosan as it is a vacuum device. Start with 1-2 hours your first day. Move to 3-4 hours next day. 6-8 the next day, etc, until you get to 20 hours.
Congratulations on getting your pf. I hope to get mines early next week, or even this week if I'm lucky. I'm happy to read that people are happy once they receive it.
