Hello now i´m doing PE(JP BEGINEERS ROUTINE 90 DAYS) for 5 weeks
There´s something unsettling.
I´m aiming for gain girth because I was only 12,5 cm(4,92 inch) girth and after five weeks my lenght increased from 6,89 to 7,28 and i have not gained in girth...I gained minimum maybe 1-2mm(0,07 inch) to 12,7 cm(5 inch)
i noticed that my penis is more veiny than before and also noticed better EQ.
But i want to gain girth mainly :((( because i feel that my penis is very slim compared with lenght.

Probably looks skinnier now due to the length gains too, you have a good size though.....I really like the veins I've gained...before PEGym I could hardly see a vein!!!

How long have you been at the JP90? long enough to start some more advanced girth work?

Tried pumping?

I´m doing Whole PE for 5 weeks.I like that veins too:). I´ve started at 30th november 2013 .What is DOH? I would like to do only manual stretching and jelqing first year :)

In May i would like to have 5,3 inch girth.

Doh! is was made famous by Homer Simpson ....he say's it when he makes a mistake.

I'd like 5.3 girth too....it's 5.3/5.5 at the base but want that in the middle too.

oh yes i remember :D...My goal is to have 5,5 girth(whole buddy ) and when it happen i will be happiest guy on this forum :) i believe that I reach that size maybe in 12 moths ...I dont care very much about lenght(18,5 cm 7,3 inch is high above average)

It's funny because I swear I had a similar thread like yours after 5 weeks and it was titled "no girth gains". I too started at 12.5 cm girth. Now it's 13.6 cm. All I did was add squeezes to the mix. I started by holding 5 reps of 30 secs and increased it to 10 over the course of a few weeks. I later incorporated flaccid bends into my routine also. For me the squeezes were what made the difference. Here's a link to both these exercises:

This should be done with a 50-75% erection level. Hand one makes an OK grip at the base preventing blood from leaving and hand 2 wraps around the shaft right under your glans and squeezes. Hold the squeeze for 20 -30 secs and that would count as one rep.

Flaccid bend: Flaccid Bend - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness Do this in all directions and use a different number of fingers each time. Hold at each direction for 20-30secs. Your erection level should be 25-50%

First 2 weeks I did 4 days a week like on off on off on on off
Then I moved up to 2 on one off
Today I did another measurement after two weeks and sometimes it reaches 14 cm. That was my initial girth goal and I have reached it in less than three months.:becky:

Congratulations bro,it seems that you found what is best for you:)!I hope that i will have that grith too...after JP's 90 day routine I incorporate squeezes and we will see...14 cm girth is my dream

And maybe one question aboit jp routine.I do jp routine but I reduced wet jelqs from 150 to 100 and V jelqs from 90 to 60 because it seemed to me kinda much.Do you think that I should do 150 wet and 90 V jelqs ?I read that i should try to build my wang with minimum effort.

I dont understand why anybody expects gains from the JP90 in just 5 weeks. Especially in girth, something that can be so tricky to gain. You're lucky you have managed to gain at all.

Quality beats quality regarding jelqs...I prefer doing them really slow and instead of counting them...Work how long 150 takes time wise...then instead of counting which can be distracting time them doing 5 second strokes or what ever you like in the allotted time.

A rule I stick to is...if you get red spots on your bellend or no/poor morning wood the day after a routine then give a workout a miss and work on EQ.

you on a 5/2 or 2/1 schedule ?

I started out on a 1 on 1 off schedule because I was terrified I'd break my dick!!

i started out on 2/1 but now iam on 2/2 maybe i try 1/1 :).It makes more sense to me...when you are on 1/1 it lets your penis to better recover.

I never did the JP routine and I never liked the V jelqs either. I did a much simpler and less intense beginners routine to begin with. I didn't see any significant gains from that, however, I got more in tune with my body. I believe the initial 1 cm gain I had was more due to enhanced EQ which I'm still working on up to this date. I believe it to be an 8 now. It's funny because I always thought I had great EQ. Turns out it was only a 7 at best and viagra was doing most of the work for me anyway. I'd like to think that the 0.5 cm I gained recently is due to actual gains, but that's kinda wishful thinking. My EQ still needs a lot of work. I smoke one pack a day now after yet another failed attempt at quitting and I believe that and depression are playing a major role in my low EQ. Abstaining from porn has done wonders for me though.

What is paramount is to be in the zone and PE accordingly with your bodily responses. What I mean by that is that you should up the intensity of your workout as you advance. To give you an example, I started out by doing 200 wet jelqs and now it is up to 450. I stopped adding them at 300 but then my PIs guided me into increasing them again. I only added 10 jelqs per workout just to see gradually how my body responds to that. I will eventually reduce the number of jelqs and incorporate other more advanced, less time consuming exercises when the time is right.
