Actually piratey man , it's been off a bit . Thats why I said I may be doing too many , too soon . Again !!!
I've not had a 9 or 10 for a while . And my libido is way off .
I must have a tender dick . It's not like I'm gripping tight or pulling real hard on him . At least I don't think I am .

MW was good . About a 6 EQ .
DTR had 4 hrs on .

Not sure what to do about , or with my PE .
My days are so messed up . I really need a routine again .

Club today :
15 minutes of stretching .
Bi's -Dumb bell -60 reps. at 10 lbs. - 1 set - 30 each side
-----40 reps. at 15 lbs. - 2 sets - 20 each side
Machine - 30 reps. at 30 lbs.- 1 set.
Tri's - 40 reps. at 40 lbs. - 2 sets - over head - 40 reps - 40 lbs. 1 set.
Delts - 40 reps. at 20 lbs. - 1 set.
Chest - 30 reps. at 12 lbs.
Rows - 50 reps. at 75 lbs. -30 reps. at 100 lbs. -- started thinking , enough !!
Back Raises - 40 reps. , hands holding glutes and flexing them while extended . My ass is sore from yesterday .
Didn't try assisted chin and dips .

p90x was Yoga X . Damn , tells me my ribs aren't healed yet .

I'm totally WHAT ?!?

I did have MW and he was okay . EQ about 5 .
DTR-ed for 4 hrs .


Club today :
20 minutes of stretching .

Chest - 30 reps. at 12 lbs.

5-23-10 - - 1: 00 am
I seem to be stuck at 6.5" , So , alright !!
Had wood this morning , but , had to get out of bed so quick I don't remember .
DTR ed for 10 hrs today .Worked by myself all day , and got to shake him out several times .
I feel I'm getting my libido back . Because when shaking him , I was enlarging .

No Club today .

p90x was Kenpo . I guess I'm not a fighter , cause I just can't get the kicks and punches .
They leave me clueless . I'm just going to do kicks , and try to get them down .

No PE today either .
However , when playing with my new skin to get it pulled out , I was getting hard .
I was just absently minded getting a stiffy . I love that !!
I'll check my self tomorrow , and see if I want to restart my PE .
I really like the squeezes I've been doing . I see some gains there for me , if I don't get overworked .

I've got better mind today . A friend has gotten me interested in doing some R and D . That's helping me .

Had MW . A good one . Good enough to grab and squeeze !!
EQ a 7 .
DTR for 7 hrs . My skin is getting so much longer !! Flaccid at least .
Erect, he's still shy .

Club was 15 min. stretching and 10 reps at 20 lbs on the Delts .
That's all .
p90x was an off day .

PE tonight:
I'll see if I can come up with something that will satisfy the ego , and still not over work myself .
2 sets of Rotary and Directional Stretches .
20 - one hand jelqs - 3 sec . holds .
20 - V jelqs - 3 sec . holds .
4 - CFS's - 30 sec . holds .
2 - Bundled Stretch - Pulls - 15 sec . holds .
2 - Inner Penis Pulls - 30 sec . holds .
IR Lamp and Rice Sock , warming .

Good call on taking it slow with the bundled stretches mael, be conservative with them until you can attack them properly!

Thanks millia , The stretches really work well . I'm wondering , does the tunica thin and become more able to be
deformed after bundling ? The reason I'm asking is because I want my pecker more symmetrical .
I'm thicker at my base than at the glans .
So when I do them , I get the base more involved in the twist than the upper end .
Your thoughts .

No Club today .
Sore as hell from back raises yesterday . 50 reps does the trick .

PE :
Rotary and Directional Stretches . + Kegals .
10 - one hand jelqs - 3 sec . holds .
10 - V jelqs - 3 sec . holds .
4 - CFS's - 20 sec . holds . couldn't get hard enough to squeeze properly , so edged to porn to get his attention .
2 - Bundled Stretches . - 20 sec . hold . Twisting the base as much as possible .
No Inner Penis Pulls
IR Lamp and Rice Sock , warming up and down .
Still doing less , as I feel I may be overdoing again .
He measured 6.7" after my routine .

p90x is Shoulders and Arms & Ab Ripper X .
I'm liking the X .
