BPSFL is 6.5" . Damn , he's staying the same .
I'll have to look at my routine again .
DTR was helping me for 6 hrs. today .

Club :
Stretched for 20 min .
Bi's - 20 reps. at 30 lbs . - 2 Sets . used a bar .
Tri's - 20 reps . - at 40 lbs . - 2 Sets .
Delts - 20 reps . -at 20 lbs .
Chest - 20 reps . at 25 lbs .
Back Raises - None .
Shower .

p90x - Arms and Shoulders and Ab Ripper X .

No PE tonight .
Had a woody this morning , but he faded rather quickly .Dammit !!
I've been doing a light routine and not doing all my flaccid squeezes or inner pulls .
So with today off PE , and if my wood is good tomorrow , I'll do a good routine that includes them all .
Just to see if my flaccid changes .

I've still got to find the other editors and congratulate them .

Hey Mael!!! Sounds good man, glad to see your "Deetering" as I call it (using the DTR) a great deal!!!

I only got 2 hours today because my frenulum is so pronounced and if I am not careful, I get a small injury to it, and then I have to back off.

It never bothers me much thought to use my extender, pump, or manually PE exercise, so I am doing more of that.

Great "log" man!!!

Now, I could swear I saw an anteater around here somewhere!!!?!??!?!? hahahha

Ima start up P90X today again, but im only going to do the plyometrics and im gong to do ironman gym with it.

Oh and calixo, that anteater would be me, lol

And yes , There is some definition in my arms and shoulders . Some in the abs . But , I'm only 2 months in .
I'll tell you , some of those routines in Ab Ripper X are ass kickers . The crunches laying on your back and touching the toes with the arms behind the head , DIFFICULT !!!
I finally got me some weights . Much better than bands .

HAHA, sorry man but you've cinfused me with milla, Hes has the broken foot and is soon to be an uncel, but still congrats on the editor promotion.

And I already found the anteater.........it was in my boxers.

Hello Pirate-y man . Yes , I'm going to start tonight . My rest seems to have resulted in some growth . ?!?
My EQ hasn't come up a lot , but my wood is good .
I'm doing my whole routine , but less reps .
And I'll measure before and after to see what happens .
The squeezes I'm doing are helping me girth wise . WooHoo !!

I'm thinking of posting it and see what others say about them .
Is it okay that I call you Pirate-y man ? You're my favorite "man o' the ocean " mate !! hehe !!

MW was better than recently . He was a 6 or 7 EQ when I grabbed him to give him a love squeeze . hehehe !!
Well , This is cool . BPSFL is 6.6".
A little less than last night after exercise .
That's okay . For me , this is good ! It means that I've got a routine that works !!

I'm gaining and have a big plump flaccid as I sit here at my 'putr .
Seems my libido is increasing as he's showing signs of interest as I play with him .
I'm also thinking that with the days off and the lighter routine , I may be in a growth zone .
Damn , I hope so !!

I'm doing 1 on , 1 off , so tonight is an off day for PE .
Tomorrow I'll do the same routine again and see what he says after .
I'm loving my Sock and Lamp . I use them everyday . PE or not .

Club , off day .

p90x was Yoga X . I always tell myself , this is just a stretch , that's all . Makes it easier . LOL !!!

Also I thinking of posting my exercise , Flaccid Compressive Squeeze , and get some feedback from the guys .
I really like them as their easy to do and I get to see results fairly quickly . At least the few times I've done them that's been the case .
I'm still an experiment . As most of us are !!

Stretches - 2 sets and Kegals
One Hand Wet Jelqs - 70 reps.
V-Jelqs - 30 reps .
CFSqueezes - 6 reps .
Inner Pulls - 4 reps .

I lost some length after my routine today . However , it came back after I rested a bit .
I added 2 squeezes , and 2 pulls , and thought I'd done it again by overworking .
After today's routine , my dick is the same length as before .
I'm not adding anything else !!
