Okay , where to start this train .
I've been loopy lately . Haven't been doing what I usually do .
What's with that ?
Hmmm - change !

Okay , Start with the ole standard favorite , bpsfl , which is 6.55" tonight .
Had a real good horn this morning . Right before I really woke up , I had to grip him and do a slow rotary stretch .
He was fat and sassy in my hand . Good boy that pecker o' mine .

DTR let him get away without any stretch today . Damn it !!
Yesterday he was on for 9 hrs . I worked alone , and had the place to myself , so he got attended to !

I guess I'll restart p90x tomorrow . I'll have to say this is a vacation since I've had 2 days off my routine .
Time has seemed to slip away quickly .

However , the club is my home away from home .
So today :

Stretched for 20 min .
Bi's - - Bar Bell - 10 reps -45 lbs .---8 reps . -45 lbs .
Tri's - - 20 reps . - at 70 lbs . overhead - 15 reps . at 70lbs .
Delts - - 20 reps . at 30 lbs .
Rows - -- none
Chest - -- 20 reps . at 35 lbs .
Back Raises --40 reps . hands holding behind .
Assisted Chin and Dip - 20 reps . each .

Had a great day other wise .
Went over my article and finished it . Now the other editors can do their thing . G4 was to help , but he has more pressing issues to deal with .
I hope everything works out for them .
Answered some posts , and got reminded about the girth I got from the Comp, Flaccid Squeezes . So I'll do them tonight before bed . Went to the Mod forum and learned some stuff about what we're to do .

Also found that Vacu-Tech has a sale going on . I can get a pump for less than one I bought for a friend from lapump . I was wondering why things weren't working out . Originally we were to get both of us pumps .

I'm sore from the club , so I'll hit the shower after heating with my IR lamp and doing some PE .

Damn , writing this was difficult . No flow .

Way -man . Their value package is $165.00 . 15% off , which means free shipping . I bought one for a friend from
thunders with my CC because he still lived with his P's and is 18 yrs old . It cost $171.00 from lapump with shipping to Hawaii. The Vacu-Tech cost less than that now .
Calixto recommends them . So , wohoo !! I'm gonna pump me UP !!
I think it will be fun as I've played with them before . Mostly as a jack tool . But combined with PE should be
be quite good !

Thanks Mael man, I guess its a good time to consider it again. I've noticed that they have a couple different style cylinders, so I'll have to find out which one is for me. My closet is filling up with PE do-dads....

Not sure of the benefit of the shape . I'll pick Cal's mind about that .

edit : I just viewed the V-T site and the elliptical tube sells for $129.00 .
The hand pump costs $80.00
Harbor Freight has a brake bleeding pump for $ 40.00 or less .
I may have time tomorrow to see what they look like .
If they are similar , I'm going to purchase it and order the elliptical tube .
Why pay more?

edit again : They are the same thing . So . I'll order the cylinder tomorrow and get the pump at harbor freight for $33.00 . So $130.00 for cylinder and $35.00 for pump .
Still $165.00 for both instead of $210.00 . Great deal .

6-21-10 - mid-night .
For some reason I want this to be short.
bpsfl - 6.55" . This seems to be a default measurement . I have to change this .
DTR was no where to be seen .
Club was the same .
The only thing happening was p90x . Chest and Shoulders & Ab ripper X .
I finally got back to it . I was much better at push-ups tonight .
And sit-ups in Ab-Ripper . I think because of the time off.

And as I sit here , I'm deciding to just do some squeezes tonight for PE .
I'm going to start playing with my girth .

Oh , News flash , I forgot .
I ordered an elliptical tube from Vacu-Tech . The funny thing is that they wanted a precise measurement for the tube . I was going to use mine from my signature , 5.75" base girth , using a sewing tape .
So , I used a string per their instructions . I was 6.5" at my base . WoHoo !!
So , I ordered the proper size . They have a sale going on , so I jumped .
Got my pump at Harbor Freight for under $40.00 .

In other news , I'm going to change the name of my article . It seems that people want proof of gains .
My article will help newbies and others to start a picture / progress log .
I'll do it after this .

My IR lamp and Rice Sock will have me heated in no time .
Squeezes here I come .

I'm assuming the CTC DP 4000 is an electric pump .
I got a call today saying that my cylinder is in the mail .
The customer service is great .

6-23-10 - 1:00 am.
I , apparently , can't judge when I've done too much .
I was doing p90x and was very excited that I was able to do them much better than previous .
In my excitement , I really overdid with myself .
Today , I've got a cold . body aches , fuzzy brain , and no libido .
I've been sleeping all day . Just now after waking up from a 3 hr . nap , I feel somewhat better .
Still have a small headache . So , I'm going back to sleep .
I was going to do some PE , but fuck , I'm going back to bed .

Have you done any p90x lately ?

No, I'm still not 100% down there because my 2nd and 3rd metatarsal are just fractures now (healing perfect), but my fourth metatarsal is still broken (takes most impact when you walk and etc.) so doctor says another month before I can start running again. BUT, I've been treading water to supplement as cardio!

And I just use Ctrl+B/U/I to bold, italicize, or underline what I'm writing, just like in MS word!

The only good thing about my situation is that my flaccid is still 6.55" .
I feel like I was ran over by a truck .
I've been sleeping for two days .
Still haven't popped a woody in that time .

There is a point where intrusion into a fellow members private life needs to be considered, perhaps respected. My concern, is that the "Article development" processes do not stall out. Perhaps you've known him longer than me , but this would seem unusual .

Dangler , As far as article development , Bob previously offered to help with mine .
He knows what to do if we need him .

I would guess that if he stays away much longer , we'll have to take up editing , and development ourselves .

But all this seems premature . He's the man in charge and he knows what needs done .
I feel silly knowing he takes this so seriously .
My suggestion , chill pill !! He'll show up in due time . This is his home .

6-25-10 -- 12;30 am .
Well , I'm feeling MUCH better today !!

Anyway , bpsfl -6.5" .
PE : tonight is simple , rotary and directional stretches with kegals .
2 Sets .
Did the club for range of motion and stretches .
Did nothing all day . Just rest .
No p90x , rest day . I'm too nuts with it . I'll have to do my own schedule .

Woah , After doing my lazy ass stretches , he measured 6.6" .
Doing these slower is what I've needed to do .
Taking my time and really stretching my pecker .
I'm liking the paradoxical pull out theme . It does the job well .

Still waiting for my tube at the moment .

Yo Way -man . Yes , I was going to use my base measurement from my sig . 5.75" obtained with a sewing tape , but per Vacu-Tech , used a string for better accuracy . I'm glad I did , because he is 6.5" it his base . I would have ordered a size too small !
