5-5-10 - 7 am .
Well , I must have previewed and then didn't submit it . Damn !!
Anyway , Last night I was 6.5" flaccid .Yeah !!
DTR on for 6 hrs .

Club , light day
Leg Lifts -100 reps.
Bi's - 2 sets - 30 reps. x 25 lbs.
Tri's - 30 reps. x 60 lbs. - over head -25 reps. x 60 lbs.
Back & Shoulder - 2 sets x 30 at 100 lbs.
Assisted C& D - 4 sets - 12 reps each - 80 lbs. offset.
Shoulder Delts - 2 sets - 30 reps. x 40 lbs.
Chest - none

p90x -Core Synergistics , Lots of Core !!

PE . Did none last night since I lost my post .
Just went to bed .
Previously , Did 1 stretch routine as noted .
Did some edging while foreskin stretching .
Got into sounding and then had a great ejac.
That's why I was going to say that I had a great fat flaccid .
Still do this morning . Although , I woke up way too soon and was out of sync with my MW .
Working all day . This may be another long day for DTR . WoHoo !!

Goody , Goody !! He's giddy being 6.55" FL .
Now , if that would translate to EL , we'd both be happy !!
Had work all day and had my DTR on for 12 hrs. . The only thing about
having it on that long is that when I take a piss , I have to really shake the devil back into him .
But he loves the attention !!!

No Club today , and no PE either . Just too tired .
Did my p90x though . Tired or not . Chest , Shoulders , Triceps and AbRipper X .
It seems that when I take more days off from PE . he recovers better and grows more .
Is this my clue phone asking to be answered ?!?

DTR on 7 hrs.
Club:
Leg Lifts -200 reps. in sets of 50 . Finally !!
Bi's - 2 sets - 30 reps. x 25 lbs. used pad to brace myself and hurt my ribs .
Tri's - 30 reps. x 60 lbs. - over head -25 reps. x 60 lbs.
Back & Shoulder - 1 set x 20 at 75 lbs. just stopped because of ribs .
Assisted C& D - 2 sets - 8 reps each - 80 lbs. offset.
Shoulder Delts - 2 sets - 25 reps. x 30 lbs.
Chest - 30 reps at 12.5 lbs.
Ribs - HEAL !!!

p90x -Back and Biceps and AbRipperX .

PE . JP's stretch and kegals .
Warm up and down -IR Lamp .
May do some edging after .

Hey mael I'm not sure if I asked you before but how's the plyo part of P90X?

millia , Hey man !! Been busy and haven't had much time at the 'putr .
Plyo kicks my ass ! Jumping and lungeing are hard for me . I just do the best I can , and know that I get better every time I do them .
It's probably the hardest , more taxing part of p90x .
Are you doing any of them ? :cool::D

No Club today .

p90x - Man , I've got to read the book .
I've been doing the wrong sequence of routines .
So , I'll get back on track tonight . Geod !!!
Core Synergistics , tonight !

PE . Tonight , some stretches and some jelqing for girth .
V and One hand jelqs .
With the IR Lamp .
And edging . Just because I need some relief .

No still not unfortunately because of my silly foot, but I should be good and healed up by the end of the month, so I'll be able to do something or another.
As far as exercise goes, I've sporadically done push-ups/sit-ups and I'm going to commit to doing them more often and mixing it up with some pull-ups and stuff as well.
Cardio is hard to do with a broken foot, I went swimming the other day and tried to do just arms to tread water but it started to bother my shoulders, so I'm gonna wait until my foot doesn't feel pain from me kicking and that's going to be my cardio! :D
But when my foot DOES heal, I can't wait to get on either some P90X or my own weight lifting routine (doing random exercises everytime I lift, lol)

I know it seems like a long time being lame , but soon you'll be ass and taking names !!
I work out at my club , as well as p90x . I mucked up my ribs the other day using a padded station to do curls .
This has slowed me down a bit , so I know how you feel with the foot .
It's good that you push through the injury . I think we heal quicker when we do that .
Keep on , dude !! :D

My friend is a happy 6.5" again .
This is good , because I'm not overdoing my routine .
I'm carrying a fat flaccid right now , and I love it .
Posted a new pic of my DTR'ed pecker .
No stretching today . He felt like a break , so he got one .

Doing just stretches tonight , and I few jelq pulls .
I've not been PEing so much lately .
I guess I need mental break for a bit .

Club : Still light from my injury .
Leg Lifts -60 reps.
Bi's - 1 set - 30 reps. x 25 lbs. - 1 set -16 x 35 lbs.
Tri's - 30 reps. x 60 lbs. - over head -18 reps. x 50 lbs.
Back & Shoulder - 1 set x 20 at 75 lbs.
Assisted C& D - 2 sets - 6 reps each - 80 lbs. offset.

p90x - Yoga X - 90 minutes of "it's just stretches , mael ".
Keep saying , It's only stretching !! This reminds me what they are .

Hey waylander dude . I use a brooder lamp with a 10 1/2" shade . It has a 250 watt IR bulb with a porcelain socket.
I got it at Target' for $20.00 . You can probably get it at any farm type store also .
I personally use both . I feel that 2 rice socks give a better all round heat , because you can wrap your hang fully . But the IR lamp keeps the heat up after the socks cool down .
The IR lamp doesn't heat around your sac and under your hang as well as the socks .
In my experience .

5-10-10 - 1:30 am.
Pecker says 6.55" again . WooHoo !
DTR for 5 hrs. Had to shake him good a couple of times .

No Club today .

PE consists of one hand jelqs , and some V jelqs and some stretches .
Didn't use any heat . All these were lazy ass style .

I like the rice sock myself. I had noticed that you and some others were using the IR lamps, and was just curious about how effective they are.

ANd I feel you on the mental break from PE, I've been considering a decon break for awhile now but I figure I'll just grind it out for a bit first.
If you're having mental issues with PE, just take a week off as decon! I did it and came back stronger then before! :)

5-11-10 - 12:30 am .
Well , I guess I didn't overdo it last night .
Woke up with a good MW , EQ 7 or so .
DeTRed for 6 hrs . When I peeled my DTR back to shake him out ,
my glans was all mashed up . Guess it was time to let him get a breath .
I some times have to mash him under the cap to get it back on and the skin pulled back up .
But , I love the effect I'm getting .

No Club today .
p90x -Chest and Back . When they do advanced , I just stay in good form and do what I can .
I'll get there eventually .

PE tonight will be very light as I've had a day .
Like last night , lazy ass stretches and some jelqs .
Helped by my Rice Socks .
I'll get back on the band wagon soon .

Say millia , Apparently when I mucked up my ribs , I HAVE to take a break . But , I won't from PE .
Went to my chiro . and she said to not do anything that engages my upper body till I heal . That means I take a break from the gym and p90x for a few days .

So ,
PE will get back to being my focus . Necessity makes it all come together .
You know waylander has a poll on JP's routine . So , I'll do that again .
I'll just take it easy for a few days . :D:cool:
