Hey man, Ive bein hittin the gym like a mad man, today was supposed to be my rest day and i just so happend to pop in the dvd to see what it was about, I went until my legs gave out and i knew that if I did anymore it would give me serious pains tomorrow, then I would be usless for the whole day.dont think Im quiting, Im just listening to my body and my body said" STOP RIGHT FUCKING NOW" and im glad I did.

DTR on for 10 hrs . WoHoo !!
MW was sorta there . I guess I over did it last night .
Club : Light day .
Lots of stretches , before .
200 leg raises
Assisted C @ D -2 sets each x 10 reps @ 100 lbs
These are helping with p90x as I have trouble with pull-ups and push-ups .
Bi's - 2 sets x 20 @ 25 lbs.
Tri's - 2 sets x 30 @ 60 lbs.
Back-Shoulders -
25 reps @ 78 lbs.
2 Sets x 25 @ 100 lbs .
Shoulder - 2 sets x 30 reps @ 15 lbs.
Shower down . Man , I love a hot shower !!
No p90x .Day off , so went to club .

PE tonight. I'm doing an exercise from a guy that's doing squeezes . I'm going to see what they feel like .
All stretches this evening . With IR Lamp in attendance .

Wouldn't worry too much about it my brother, stress or just not heated up properly coulda been the case :)

No Club today .
No PE today .
DTR on for 12 hrs . Where is it ?? I know I saw it !
p90x - Plyometrics !!

Worked all day and haven't had a woody , yet .
Think I'll just edge some tonight .
Pull all that skin out and get jiggy with him .

Hey Cal , I'll update my log later . I've been off line and need to catch up .
I know , I've been able to wear my DTR for several hours , lately . I work for myself and if there isn't a lot of bending over , I keep it on .
In fact , I forget it's on and need to attend to it periodically .
It must be doing it's thing , because when I'm flaccid , my heads almost totally covered .
However , when erect , I've a long way to go . Dammit . LOL !!!
Did you see an anteater around here ?? I'm gonna catch that sucker , and when I do .....!! :D;)

Well , I'm back after having my internet off a few days .
Good to be back !!
BPSFL is 6.5" . It's been that for a few days . Yeah !!!
Been on a break since my i-net went down .

Had my DTR on for , 11 hrs. , 7 hrs . , 8 hrs.
Today -2 hrs . Thinking I'm having it on too long , at times .
Maybe not . When I forget it , he get cool and pinched .
Then , I have to unhitch him and shake him good .

Club :
Leg Lifts -220 reps.
Bi's - 30 reps. x 25 lbs. -28 reps. x 30 lbs.
Tri's - 30 reps. x 50 lbs. - over head -20 reps. x 50 lbs.
Back & Shoulder - 1 set -50 reps. x 100 lbs. -1 set- 40 reps. x 100 lbs.
Assisted C& D - 4 sets - 12 reps each - 80 lbs. offset.
Shoulder - 2 sets - 30 reps. x 30 lbs.

p90x - Tonight Kenpo . I'm so glad these get easier.
Tomorrow off.
PE this evening . Rotary and Directional Stretches + Kegals x 4 sets.
Warm with rice sock and IR lamp.
Experimented with gripping the whole inner penis and pulling . Did 4 and didn't loose my MW .
Good sign . As those will be in my girth routine .
And some edging . Edged 2 nights ago and lost it GOOD !!
Noticed the stack is working , as my cum is so much whiter . WoHoo !!

Good being back in the growing game .
Had my DTR on for 5 hrs. today .

Club :

No p90x -off day .
Start the 4th part of the monthly routine that should have been last week .
I need a calender . I'll make it up next month , so I stay on schedule .


PE : JP's routine . Just going to start again . Muck it !!
I had good results when starting , so why not again .
LOL !!! We'll see how long I can NOT alter my routine .

5-4-10 - 1:30 am.
Well , he's 6.45 " tonight .
I thought that I'd pulled on him too much last night while edging .
My MW was off , but, when I greeted him , he horned up .
DTR was helping for 9 hrs .

No Club today .
p90x was x-stretch . A lot of yoga style postures . Very good for the body !!

For PE , when doing JP's last night , I
did stretches . Wet jelqs and the V-jelqs . for the first time in a while .
100 wet and 60 - V-jelqs .
Then did some edging . That got into rotary stretches . I was pulling hard enough to see movement .
But , I kept myself in check .
I was just thinking how good it would be to have someone help with my routine !!!

So , since last night was so rough on pecker , I'll just do 1 set of stretches , and see how he is tomorrow .

Well damn , Just did my post for tonight , and wanted to add that I have nice flaccid this evening and can't find it to add this to it .
So , Instead of redoing it , I'll just say my flaccid is back to 6.5" . Maybe it will show up later .
