i started the routine today..

warm up 10 mins.
after stretching and jelqing
warm down.
but guys i dont know hot to do the helicopter and also the v-jelq.
i did stretch 6-9-12
jelq 100 reps
i think i dont have LOT. at 6 i can feel slightly tugging. is it mean that i dont have LOT at 6?
Hold a shoe string in your hand or something you can swing in a circle... hold it... swing it in a small circle... you don't have to move your hand much to get the shoe string or whatever you have to rotate... like the tail rotor on a helicopter. Hold the base of your penis, next to the pubic hair or where it should be... now swing your penis in the same fashion as the shoe string... will be harder to do the shorter your penis is... warm it up well with heat and the stretches and it will be easier... do it while it is flaccid or limp.
The V Jelq... Do the "Spock" from Star Trek hand sign... hold your hand out, spread your middle and ring fingers apart but keep your index and pinky fingers touching the middle and ring fingers making a V with your hand http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_wP4LFryN_...AMQ/s_J78jWeTGc/s1600/spock-hand-gesture1.jpg Have your penis laying on your pelvis, head facing north toward your chin. I'm new here but I stumbled upon this site 3 months ago and I have been following this routine. My LOT is 6:00. I am 4" x 3.75" flaccid and 5.25" x 5" erected. My long term goal is 6" X 5.75" flaccid and 7" X 6.75" erected. But I have not seen much results, if any at all. I pretty much follow the routine, could I be doing the jelqing to fast? Or will it just take longer for me to actually see some results?

Can someone explaine this "Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?" - does it mean to stretch towards the right side? Also why not also 15:00 (left side)?
so basically 6 and 12 are left and right?Dude, imagine you have a clock to the side of your dick. So if you were looking at yourself, from the side, while you pulled it straight out (perpendicular), it would be at 9 o'clock, then straight up would be 12 o'clock, straight down would be 6...you get what i mean?
