i started the routine today..
BPEL - 5.1
BPFSL - 5.5

warm up 10 mins.
after stretching and jelqing

warm down.

but guys i dont know hot to do the helicopter and also the v-jelq.

i did stretch 6-9-12
jelq 100 reps

i think i dont have LOT. at 6 i can feel slightly tugging. is it mean that i dont have LOT at 6?

Hold a shoe string in your hand or something you can swing in a circle... hold it... swing it in a small circle... you don't have to move your hand much to get the shoe string or whatever you have to rotate... like the tail rotor on a helicopter. Hold the base of your penis, next to the pubic hair or where it should be... now swing your penis in the same fashion as the shoe string... will be harder to do the shorter your penis is... warm it up well with heat and the stretches and it will be easier... do it while it is flaccid or limp.

The V Jelq... Do the "Spock" from Star Trek hand sign... hold your hand out, spread your middle and ring fingers apart but keep your index and pinky fingers touching the middle and ring fingers making a V with your hand http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_wP4LFryN_...AMQ/s_J78jWeTGc/s1600/spock-hand-gesture1.jpg Have your penis laying on your pelvis, head facing north toward your chin. Place your V over the bottom of your penis fingers facing your testicles... grip your penis in between your fingers (the V) and curl your fingers under a bit... now jelq up... you will get the hang of it. ;)

mike thank you very much! i did my routine this morning.
but hey me and my girlfriend had sex last nyt. i am so embarrassed that i cum quickly, bt after it, mine still hard so i continue until we got tired.
problem now is i often cum quickly.. i just cant control it.

anyway is it okay that i did my routine this morning even though we had sex last night?

just a quick question how do you mesure the duration of the stretching excersise ?
i do my stretchuings for cca 10 minutes is that ok or should i have a certain amount of reps?

That's a metaphor to help you understand what a Kegel is. An example situation that anyone can relate to, so you'll be able to know when you're flexing the right muscle. You can still flex the same muscle without urinating.

Easiest way I can describe a Kegel...

Say you have to go the the restroom to poop (drop a deuce, go #2, drop the kids off at the pool, take a sh*t, drop some logs) ... but you can't get to a restroom just this second and that poo is trying to make its way out even though you don't want it to... so you clamp your anus (butt-hole, asshole, sphincter) to keep that turd in until you reach the restroom. The muscle you squeeze to keep a turd in is the same one to make you stop pissing if you are pissing... Do this...not while pissing or shiting, clamp your asshole or make it tight or squeeze or make it "pucker", whatever you have to do to make it close... did you feel your penis move as well? TA DA!!! If you are new to this then the squeeze of this muscle most likely will be a quick squeeze before it wants to let go on its own. But you CAN control how hard you squeeze and over time how long you hold this squeeze. There you go, the best way I can describe a Kegel... clamping your sphincter muscle.

If anyone else would care to elaborate... please do. :)

Its a personal preference Vespir, but my favorite is Johnson and johnson's baby oil gel and Bio oil combination. Baby oil, mineral oil, pure cocoa butter, olive oil, KY jelly, or a good hand lotion will work(to name a few). Its best to try some different ones to find what best suits you.

Hi,
I'm new here but I stumbled upon this site 3 months ago and I have been following this routine. My LOT is 6:00. I am 4" x 3.75" flaccid and 5.25" x 5" erected. My long term goal is 6" X 5.75" flaccid and 7" X 6.75" erected. But I have not seen much results, if any at all. I pretty much follow the routine, could I be doing the jelqing to fast? Or will it just take longer for me to actually see some results?

Welcome aboard! Everybody is different when it comes to gains, some get them right away and some don't. You have to stay persistent with the workout and schedule to have the best chances of gains. Can someone explaine this "Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?" - does it mean to stretch towards the right side? Also why not also 15:00 (left side)?

Dude, imagine you have a clock to the side of your dick. So if you were looking at yourself, from the side, while you pulled it straight out (perpendicular), it would be at 9 o'clock, then straight up would be 12 o'clock, straight down would be 6...you get what i mean?
