While you are doing the stretching and exercises does it matter if you are standing up or sitting down?
I started JPsstanding, I do both now, more sitting than standing. Usually stretch standing and jelg, squeeze, girth sitting.
While you are doing "V" Jelqs does your palm of hand face towards your belly or away?
Palm towards head so to say, as if cupping the penis.
Is it most every experienced user on here's recommendation to forget about the "tug" theory all together?
Not sure, may be some viability to it. Over all, just stretch all directions IMO
Any need to re warm cock up during exercises at all for any reason during any part?
Maybe for girth work, but warm up and warm down for sure.
