ok, I'll give it a couple of weeks to see if I can gain strength.
Is it better done by hand or with a jelq device?
Also, what if I use one of those elastic rings that has a vivrating thing for woman's clit (found in some condom boxes) at the base? Will that help holding blood in the shaft or will make it harder to bring blood into it? Seems like I can't hold too much blood in the shaft due to finger's fatigue.

I think manual would be better, but I haven't tried the jelq device. Some guys have had good success with them.

I think your talking about a cock ring? DON"T use anything like that until you've reached the three month mark, and even then be VERY careful.
It may not feel like your doing much, but as long as your moving the blood bulge up the shaft your good to go. Just relax, take your time, and work on your technique :)

Jp is talking about the suppliments ONLY in that quote, not the actual routine. In other words take the suppliments for 5 days in a row the don't take them for two days (no matter what PE schedule you do)

I know i joined a long time ago, but that was on a whim and i never did anything...now i'm starting for real (hopefully) but i'm having a lot of trouble not getting hard throughout the routine. I'll get hard doing stretches, and the jelqing is just terrible. Anyone else had this problem at first? It makes it rather discouraging

Later in this thread (after the original post) Jp suggests to disregard the LOT theory altogether and stretch in all directions. The theory was for checking the ligs, but now is considered irrelevant by most. :)

DANG !! if wouldnt read this I would've keep missing the stretch up n 25 kegels !! I tried to memorize the routine not to be always in front of the laptop while PEing and was doing the basic streching exercises right, left and straight out!
Question.. after doing them in all 4 directions, will it do anything positive towards the goal to stretch down+25kegels and the circles? or will be useless?

Also, I noticed yesterday and today, while wet jelqing, like 15 to 25 (I didnt count em, using numbers for reference because there werent 100) little red points on the head  what is my body trying to tell me with that ??

I actually did stretches in five directions. Up, down, left, right, and out, with 25 kegals for each direction. I did the circle stretches and helicopters in between each direction.

The little red dots are nothing to be alarmed over, it just means that you squeezed a little too hard when jelqing. They normally go away pretty fast, sometimes with the warm-down.
If they persist then just take a some extra time off until they are gone and resume back with less intensity.

I've been foing this routine now for around 3 weeks. Unfortunately I am finding it difficult to stick to a proper regime due to my job,( when on long haul flights etc). I am delighted that I seem to be aquiring more girth. Even my missis mentioned it seemed tighter (she doesn't know about the PE). However, I don't seem to be gaining in length. Is that normal for girth then length or is it possible to increaase both together. I have a 6:00 LOT. I do strecthing down, straight, up, left and right. By stretching straight down am I sacrificing gains?

Everybody is different, especially when it comes to gains. Some gain one or the other or both, and some don't gain at all. Just do your stretches in all directions and get conditioned.
After that you can focus on whatever area you want to gain in. :)

Thanks for the reply Waylander. I'm happy enough with my girth gains for now was just a bit concerned I'd end up witha tree stump.

 I have the opposite problem, slow girth gains. But over time I hope to change that :D

Haha Way, every time I see there's been a new post in this thread I know it's likely to be you! You're always helping out people who ask the same questions, you're a credit to JonPop's routine, the thread, and the forum. Kudos! But yo be fair I've only read the first 60 and probably the last 20 pages of this thread, I'll get round to the rest at some point. Oh and for the last time to answer the far too commonly asked questions: 'Discard the LOT theory! And stretch in all directions!' :D

:D Thanks Aidan! Imagine how ole JP feels, he's been answering these questions for years!!! Hopefully the FAQ's and related articles for this thread will be out soon and help out.

Happy 4th everyone :becky:

I had over a weak of break in doing this routine. Today I've finished Day 38. Means two more days on and then two off. I wonder if my break could have influenced the final outcome?

Hey guys, got a quick question. Im coming in to my fourth week of JP's. I considered extending this week in conjunction with Jp's exercises. I know it is still early to see gains, but is it a good idea to extend 5-8 hours before jelq/Vjelq in the fourth week? Im planning to extend throughout the 3months...Shall I just do Jp's first?

Hey ! New here and going to start this routine. My english is quite bad but i understood that the routine goes something like this : 1.Warm up 2.Streches 3.Jelqing 4.V-jelging 5.Warm up.
And i did not understand what is the difference at ur OK sign when doing v-jelqing and normal jelqing.
