ive been doing JP's beginner routine for about 4 weeks. is it ok if i do a flaccid bend to start up my warmups and end my session with edging?
Hello everyone, I just started this JP 90 routine today. Everything seems fine, the only problem i would like to ask is that I havent had circumcision, so when i am doing jelq or v-jelq, my foreskin will cover my glans and I have read a few post here said it will affect gains so its better to hold is by one hand at the base. But i really feel very smooth when I am doing this and I saw a lot of veins on the fore skin which should implies that I am pushing blood towards the glans? So is this still a problem? Thanks and hope we can get what we want.
Wait im really quite upset right now, ive started doing this routine its been 2 days now that ive started seriously.... n i just clocked righjt at the bottom it said these are the supplements u need..
is it MANDATORY for me to get those supllements????!!!
Question: Regarding JELQ's and "V" JELQ's
If I use 1 hand to perform these exercises, will my penis begin to curve at all?
I know when I use my right hand, I usually somehow tend to pull to the right as I JELQ.
Note: I'm uncut, so I have to use 1 hand at the base for skin retention.
EDIT: My penis is not curved at all, its straight. I'm just wondering if what I'm doing
will curve it, which I am avoiding.
