jonpop, im forever indebted to you, ive already seen 1/4" gain in length and my flaccid hang is longer and fuller. only been at it for a month now, and i cant wait to see my goals accomplished. i was hoping you would be kind enough to give me some feedback on my current routine, ive mixed in some "lambda" (or "A") jelqs because i found it really engorges me more than regular ok grip.
current routine
warmup with rice sock for 15 minutes
helicopters for 20 seconds
stretch to the left, kegel 25 times, pull straight out and do circles, 10 to the left, 10 to the right
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch to the right, 25 kegels, pull straight out and do circles again 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch straight out, 25 kegels, circles 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch straight up, 25 kegels, circles 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch straight down, 25 kegels, circles 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
at this point i get in the shower, run the water down the length for about 5 minutes and then continue

when im doing my warmdown i wear a cockstrap (not tight at all) just to keep engorged for longer while i warmdown (flaccid), i forgot where i read about it!
i do this 5 on 2 off, and on my off days i do fowfers, while to the right i do 100 kegels and stay in position for ten minutes, rest 10 minutes, then to the left while doing another 100 kegels and holding position for another ten minutes, i do no exercises on my rest days! i also have started doing JAI stretches every time i go to the restroom (15 at a time, with no tension). i have shown no negative PI's(no pain, spots, bumps, bruises, etc...) and my EQ is great so i dont think im overdoing anything or hurting myself, but i wanted to get your expert opinion on the matter! also one last thing, im a little confused on the v jelqs as far as counts go, is it up tothe right, up center, up to the left counting as one rep or is it each direction counting as one rep? sorry my post was soo long, thanks again, ill follow whatever instructions you give!!
