Yes, like a big clock. But pull the stretches tight to your body, your hand will rub across your abdomen and thighs. This way you get the biggest circle possible. Do 10 to the right and 10 to the left.

Is it normal that after I do my PE the veins in my penis kinda bulge out? It stops bulging when I go flacid, but is this normal and safe?

This has got nothing to do with PE, but I was Googling the side effects of L-arginine and one side effect I found was that it might increase the number of Herpes Simple (coldsore) outbreaks.

I've never had coldsores, so I presume that I don't have Herpes Simple. L-arginine won't cause any problems for me then, will it? Surely it can't give me Herpes Simple?

I think I've answered my own question, but I thought I'd better check with someone who has been taking it.

I think I've answered my own question, but I thought I'd better check with someone who has been taking it.

L-arginine can only cause an outbreak if the person already has Herpes simplex 1. So if you don't have Herpes simplex 1 then you will be fine.

I myself have had cold sores since I was a kid. When I was weightlifting, taking l-arginine greatly increased my outbreaks. Since I am susceptible to getting cold sores and reading about the positive effects of L-arginine on PE, I have been looking into a way to curb outbreaks. I have read that the increased outbreaks are due to an increased ratio of L-arginine compared to your body's Lysine levels. With that in mind, I am going to start to take both arginine and lysine and hopefully I will not see an increase in cold sore outbreaks. I will post about it if I see any effects.

I've read about loads of people gaining from this routine. 5 out of 90 days is a very short time. I've been doing this routine for 5 days (two of those were off days) so I'm not expecting much yet.

This routine is supposed to condition you and give you a good base for more advanced exercises (which may increase your gains if you've seen very little doing this routine), but to jump right in with advanced exercises is gonna end up with you hurting yourself.

jonpop, im forever indebted to you, ive already seen 1/4" gain in length and my flaccid hang is longer and fuller. only been at it for a month now, and i cant wait to see my goals accomplished. i was hoping you would be kind enough to give me some feedback on my current routine, ive mixed in some "lambda" (or "A") jelqs because i found it really engorges me more than regular ok grip.
current routine
warmup with rice sock for 15 minutes
helicopters for 20 seconds
stretch to the left, kegel 25 times, pull straight out and do circles, 10 to the left, 10 to the right
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch to the right, 25 kegels, pull straight out and do circles again 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch straight out, 25 kegels, circles 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch straight up, 25 kegels, circles 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
stretch straight down, 25 kegels, circles 10 right, 10 left
helicopters 20 seconds
at this point i get in the shower, run the water down the length for about 5 minutes and then continue
50 wet jelqs
30 v jelqs
20 lambda jelqs
helicopters 20 seconds
50 wet jelqs
30 v jelqs
20 lambda jelqs
helicopters 20 seconds
50 wet jelqs
30 v jelqs

edge for 10 minutes
warmdown with rice sock for 30 minutes
when im doing my warmdown i wear a cockstrap (not tight at all) just to keep engorged for longer while i warmdown (flaccid), i forgot where i read about it!
i do this 5 on 2 off, and on my off days i do fowfers, while to the right i do 100 kegels and stay in position for ten minutes, rest 10 minutes, then to the left while doing another 100 kegels and holding position for another ten minutes, i do no exercises on my rest days! i also have started doing JAI stretches every time i go to the restroom (15 at a time, with no tension). i have shown no negative PI's(no pain, spots, bumps, bruises, etc...) and my EQ is great so i dont think im overdoing anything or hurting myself, but i wanted to get your expert opinion on the matter! also one last thing, im a little confused on the v jelqs as far as counts go, is it up tothe right, up center, up to the left counting as one rep or is it each direction counting as one rep? sorry my post was soo long, thanks again, ill follow whatever instructions you give!!

The "V" Jelqs, done straight up, to the right and to the left, count as one rep. Your routine sounds good except maybe too many Kegels. Don't over do on those. 100 in the 90 day routine per day is plenty enough. Also remember, this routine is designed to condition, don't go trying to reach your goals in 90 days.

You either don't read much or you ignore a lot of what you read. Either way, I gained over an inch, much improved EQ as well as practically cured all ED while gaining some very nice girth too. I'm still doing these exersizes to this day.

I am a bit confused. The "V" Jelqs in all three directions counts as one rep, so I would be doing it 90 times each set? I have only been doing each set in one direction (i.e. 1 set to the left, 1 set to the right and 1 straight up). Am I doing them wrong?

hi im new and ive been doin JP90day routine for 3 weeks. i noticed that my erection goes away alot during the exercises. So i decide to watch porn at the same time that im jelqing... im taking peeks at porn and my erection goes up to about 70-80% i dont let go past that. Just wanted to know if thats a good idea or not?
