Im only a week into the program, but i'm having some difficulties...

The beginning stretches are very hard for me because i usually get an erection of about 70-80%. How do you guys avoid this?

(The jelqing is a lot easier because i stay around 70% erect for them.)

Also, I noticed in this program you stretch out in all directions besides down. Why is that? Thank you.

Hey man, start a log so we can keep all of your info stacked. This will also help record your progress as you go.

Some guys blow a load before exersizing to avoid erections.
Jelqing should be done at 30-60% erection level
Stretch it every which a way and dont leave any angle out.

Hey, I will be the first to admit that I am not satisfied with my size. Nor with how long I last. I want to last like a porn star. And I do not know how the hell they do it!!!!. I am definatly going to try these exercises and see where the get me. Will measure tomorrow and post. HOPE THIS WORKS!!!! Anyone who has advice please do post!

Y does my erection level rise when doing the circle stretches?

How much pressure should I put on my penis while doing the stretching exercises? Should I try and push myself, or just apply a fair amount of pressure during the stretch?

Question: I am currently in month 2 of JP's program. I noticed the first month I had a better flaccid hang but lately it seems I have been turtling up alot. Do most people wrap with an ace bandage or something to keep it from turtling? Interested on hearing any posts about this. Does it matter that it turtles and does it affect your growing potential in the long term?

Just enough to feel it, do not stretch to the point of discomfort.

You should discourage turtling at all times.......

Wraps are good as well as sleeves and then there's the manual pull. Tug it all through the day to remind it where to rest.

Go to google and type in "penis sleeve".............you can also try ebay and search "anti turtle"

However, with exercising the penis it seems that the body is more capable of doing more days of exercising than weight lifting. Why is this, and why is it not dangerous to jelq multiple days before you rest? I have had this question in my mind for some time now.

Weightlifting burns away muscle and the body needs time to regenerate new muscle, hence muscle growth. Penis exersizing causes microtears within the penis that are not nearly as pronounced as muscle burnt during a workout. Microtears don't take nearly as long to heal.

I just finsihed this routine for the first time... I wasn't able to get the full 150 wet and v jelqs because I couldnt keep a semi erection. I normally don't experience this problem.... at least no more than any other 30 year old.

Reasons?

I need to definitely cut my pubic hair. Every time I go to grab at my shaft I grab a lot of hair that pulls as I am doing the exercise. Do you guys normally trim?

Another question... It kinds hurt doing my jelqs do you think I was squeezing too hard?


I am going to measure tonight and post my stats but I am close to 6inch bpel and would like to get to 7 at least. I already feel discouraged though by not being able to finish the workout.... any tips?

Cutting your pubic hair will make you look at least .5" bigger!

You might be squeezing too hard, you only need a light grip to get the blood moving.

As for tips: keep at it.

I've been going for just over 2 weeks now and it's a bit difficult at first. You have to figure out what grips are right for you and what your limits are. As with anything, it gets easier with experience.

Guys when am doing wet jelqs I don't get errect, but when am doing v jelqs I get abot 50-70% errect. Am I doing something wrong while doing wet jelqs? My errection level when doing wet jelqs is about 15ish%, will I still get results doing wet jelqs at low errect level?

Lower erection level jelqs target length more than girth.

Are you jelqing to get erect? Try getting 50%-70% erect and then jelqing.
