JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Ive been doin JP's routine for 2 weeks now and i dont see anything but a little tiny bit of length that i gained(better than nothing). I have a LOT of 6:00 and i fail to read that i was suppose to do it straight out and straight up. but does thtat mean 150 jelqs and 90 vjelqs STRAIGHT OUT and then 150 jelqs -90 vjelqs STRAIGHT UP????

if so, does it mean i have to start all over again?

can someone help me please!!

2 weeks is too early to expect to see much in the way of gains.
You can't do "V" Jelqs straight out. Straight up, up and to the left, up and to the right.

ok thanks, but jelqs is still 150 reps straight out and 150 straight up?

i wanna get it right.


i started mesuring my penis when before i started and i got 6.5 inches. after two weeks i got 6.8 inches.

No. Go back and re-read the 90 day routine. 50 wet Jelqs, 30 "V" Jelqs, each set. For a total of 150 wet Jelqs and 90 "V" Jelqs.

Not sure of my LOT

Not sure of my LOT

I have tried to determine my LOT a couple of times. I feel a tug when I kegel at 6:00, 9:00, and 12:00. What does that mean? Advice?

I am in month 4 and doing a lot of stretching. Should I just plan on trying again every few weeks until I have loosened up enough to get a meaningful LOT?

Yep. This week's routine is:
Light Daily Stretching:
JAIs: 20 each 5 or more times a day throughout the day
Advanced Stretching: 1 minute (I try different stretches for fun and variety)
Squeezes: 2 sets of 5 for 1 minute per squeeze (one set in the AM and one in the PM)
Light Dry Jelqs: 100 each
Kegel: Whenever I pee

"Kegel Days" Every Other Day:
Basic Kegels: 10 minutes
Kegel Slams: 5 minutes
Endurance Kegels (30 seconds): 5 minutes
Towel Raises: 5 sets of 5 each

"Workout Days" Four Days a week:
Basic Stretch: 5 minutes
Advanced Stretch: 5 minutes (Various stretches depending on my whim.)
Basic Jelq: 20 minutes
Flacid Bend: 5 minutes

Guidance is most welcome!
(The pirate thing is an inside joke: my brother got very into family history until he ran into the part about certain ancestors in the 1700s misbehaving with ships out of Barbados.)

hey JP,

i started your routine on wednesday so today was day three for me. i'm feeling good so far, little sore but good. i'm hoping for good gains since my LOT is 9:00 and 12:00 and will be reporting back.

i just wanted to say thanks.

o my bad JP, i thought when u said "If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up." that means 50 wet jelqs and 30 vjelqs staright up for a total of 150 and 90. and i thought u have to do again (150 wet jelqs and 90 vjelqs) but straight up this time.

sorry JP i got it now, so far been doin it correct but i thought i wasnt

JP, thank you so much for helping all of us out with your great routine, im on my 3rd day and am totally confident that im gonna reach my goals with the help of this site! i was wondering if anyone has a problem with the v jelqs, when i try them i pull up alot of my scrotum along the shaft, is that normal and is there any way to minimize that from happening, i seem to get a better pump from the ok grip, because i can pull the scrotum back while im alternating hands allowing me to grip at the base and only jelq the shaft. im new and dont want to annoy you guys with stupid questions, but i would really like to make sure im doing everything right from the start! Thank You

What I do with the V Jelq is have a wide OK grip at the base, more like making the letter C with you thumb and index finger. Not so tight that I can't get my V Jelqing hand right down to the base, but tight enough to hold the scrotum out of the way.

gonnagetthere, thanks for the kind words. Welcome to the PE Gym.

Use LOT'S of lube for the "V" Jelqs and pulling the scrotum skin won't be as much of a problem.

JonPop, thank you soo much for your advice, just finished workout and the extra lube worked wonders!! definitely the best workout yet! really feel pumped and cant wait till the gains start showing! im definitely hooked, im doing your 90 day program with 5 on 2 off, im not going overboard and i wont stray from your directions! im definitely gonna get there!!!

is it normal that im not getting erected when doin this program? im like 60% erect. should i be more? And how tight of grip should i do wet jelqs?

Hi, just wanted to say I think this is a fantastic routine, and I hope to make it my first PE routine. Thanks for posting it JonPop. I just don't understand one of the stretching exercises quoted below:

"Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull. " --

What exactly do you mean by 10 stretches in a BIG circle? I understand how stretching and holding in one direction would work. But what is meant by these 10 stretches? Are they meant to be small stretches that slowly go round to the other side like a ticking clock would? :S Any help is much appreciated.
