I think I have too much loose skin, or else I'm doing my grips wrong. If I try with two hands switching, it gets rather difficult to do after the first couple. I take it doing it with one hand has the same effect?

Are you suppose to feel anything after the PE? Like when you go to gym, you work out you can feel it that your working out because your muscles will start to burn and get tired. Is that the same case here or no?

I've been doing the workout plan for about 2 weeks and have noticed that as I move on to my 2nd and 3rd sets of v jelqs and wet jelqs, I notice that it is a lot harder to maintain the desired erection. Is this something that will change as my penis becomes more accustomed to the workouts?

7"Steve, I'm a beginner. And I overworked also. Lost my wood and took off a few days. I read about less is more and came back with a new outlook on my intent. Your dick is tender till it get used to PE exercise. Been in the routine about 2 mo. and have got about 1/2" in newbie gains. Was 5.5" now 6.1" Stay focused with intent and you'll be fine.By the way ,I'm cut.

hey hey people just a little progress report I put on this link as I have been following this routine. Did the routine for 5 days then meant to take the two specified days off. 2 has turned into four as I was away partying and staying at friends. However, I am pleased to report that I managed to pull two really hot girls during my time away. This I attribute to my increased oonfidence, 'it's definitly all in the head'. Anyway my erections were like rocks and I gave one girl a moneyshot and it went MILES! She thought it was really hot. I just thought I would quickly list the benefits of PE.
1- A bigger thicker penis
2- Increased confidence knowing you are the best you can be.
3- More spunk and the power to shoot further.
4- That erection ain't going anywhere.

So gonna get back on the wagon again, supplements, hand, oil and flannel at the ready. Stick at it people cos the gains are measured in more than length. Still wanna quit smoking though lol, Happy P E ing guys

I have a question. So I'm 2 months into the JP routine and sometimes I have taken a few days off...like i took the last 4 days off partly because my exams were on..
So is that ok, or is that going to affect my gains/conditioning?
p.s - i have made slight gains..

Hey Jonpop,

I'm starting this routine today, just found out about jelqing. I have a few questions though. Can I do my routine in the shower? Since it would keep my penis warm and hydrated. Also is it ok to have sex/masturbate right after the PE sessions?

Try sitting down, my erections always subside pretty fast when I sit down on something.

Hi JonPop,

I've read on this forum a few guys, including remmek, saying that LOT theory has been debunked. Do you believed that LOT theory is still relevant and why?

Yes yes thanks for the advice mate that will keep me going.
I have actually taken a couple of weeks off though as
I did a Very rough v-stretch pushing down while holding the glans and it was limp for a couple of weeks but returned to normal. It works fine But when i get an erection it has to be fully erect to go upright, but it flops down at the base. So it is more difficult to get a full erection! and it feels very heavy, and also feels i have a little less control over it.
it gets erect but its kind of weak still, It feels like i have to kegel to maintain a full erection, which is impossible, and i cant hold a kegel at all now really.
Ever had an injury like this before ? And should i be worrying ?
Also do you take supplements pal ?

Hey I started this routine about two weeks ago. I measured up before and I'm going to measure again after one month. I've noticed that my viens protrude a lot more. It hangs more fuller after my workout. It looks slightly bigger but I won't know until the end of the month.

My workout:

5 minutes of letting hot water run down on my penis.

I do the manual stretches exactly stated in the guide. Usually takes around 10 minutes.

Then I do the jelqs. My overall workout takes around 45 to an hour. It seems like quite a bit of time. I do 4 second jelqs.

Then 5 minutes if warming down with the hot water.

I started out with 50 kegels a day and now I'm at 150 not including the ones during my excerises.

I was wondering if the time alotted to my excerises is correct. My penis feels slightly sore after the workouts as well. Another thing I am wonderign about is is it better to use the index finger and the middle finger for the v jelq or the middle and the ring finger. I feel like I can apply more pressure to with the index and middle fingers.

I was also wondering if I would be able to reach my short term goal in three months. I have 6:00 loss of tug.


Starting:
6.5 inches EL X 4 1/2 inches EG

Short term goal:
7 inches EL X 5 EG

Long term goal:
8 inches EL X 6 EG

How long doe it take (on average) to gain half an inch with this routine? are you going to gain something in those first 3 months?

it would differ from person to person. Some gain half an inch in the 3rd month, some gain so by the 3rd week. But the average would be, lets say 2 months.
And yes, you will definitely gain something in the 3 months, and even if you don't see any sizeable gains, you will have improved hardness and EQ, and your penis will be conditioned for advanced exercises.
So one way or another you are bond to gain something!

I'm currently taking steroids (oral one called Epistane, on second week). If I do this beginner routine, will it have advanced routine like gains? It's a non aromatizing compound, that increases testosterone mainly, not sure about DHT, some people reported hair loss, so I guess there's some 5 alpha reductase enzyme activity on the free testosterone.
also, I'm doing bed fowfers, because they are very easy to do, and helped a lot with the flaccid gains (the only significant gain so far, around 1.2"). can I continue doing them?
