cant afford the vitamins though would that be a big problem or not?...i have vitamins E

is it okay if you sitdown for few of these sets... I get tired of just standing there and doing these exercises and its extremely boring. I'm going to stay committed though.

Is a Jelq Rep each stroke with your hand or is it one jelq after you've stroked with both hands?

Im looking to get into this routine soon, and I've reread 100 times to make sure I understand everything before I get started. But I have one concern before I start. Currently im following a reverse kegel routine to help with my PreE, and so far im seeing great results. Im not doing any regular kegels at all.

Now with this JP90 program, you're supposed to do kegels while stretching. Now is this completely necessary? Why not just stretch the way mentioned in the OP, but not do the kegels? I would imagine not doing the kegels while stretching shouldn't have any bad consequences, or stop gains. So would it be ok not to do them? I don't want to incorporate any kegels in my PE and PreE routines just yet.

Ok great thanks. Now my only other problem is... privacy :bad:

Having two siblings, and sharing a room with one of them is not ideal.. I need to figure a way around this.

i did this routine 2 months ago but took a break cause been busy lately... just want to ask according to the guide do it 5 days on and 2 days off or
2 days on 1 day off... but im only free every wed, sat and sun...is it ok if i PE only on the said days? would it affect gains even if its purpose is to condition?

If 3 days is all you can do then 3 days is all you can do. I know PE trainer Big Al has clients who only train 3 days a week and many of them have gained. So if they can gain on training 3 days a week then i don't see any reason why you can't.

Edit for PS: With JPs usual 5 day a week workout schedule doing the occasional bad workout isn't something to worry about. On the otherhand with you doing JPs only 3 days a week i would say for the best chance of gaining you should make sure every one of those 3 workouts is of excellent quality.

JP90 routine says to warm down with a warm washcloth and the beginner routine in the PE Gym Book about Penis Exercising says to use a cool down approach with a cool wash cloth. Does anyone know which is better or right? I played college football and after practice when muscles, ligs or anything else was sore from a workout we would use a cool down approach with ice to speed up the recovery process and reduce pain, etc.. Definitely not going to use ice, but which s better warm or cold?

Quick question here. I wanted to know if getting stretch marks on my foreskin is a sign of growth or am I doing something wrong? I've also been real itchy especially around the foreskin area. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
