Thanx guys. Real optimistic about this. Question though, I previously tried hanging and went solid for a month or two period before school got in the way. When following this program should I still aim for 10 hanging hours a week?..or eliminate it completely?

While I understand that JP90 is a beginner routine and should be done as the program calls for, should we consider implementing reverse kegels? maybe at different times of the day or just on off days for the sake of having a balanced pelvic floor.

Reread the OP, it's mentioned that reverse kegels are needed for pelvic floor balance. I personally eliminated kegels/reverse kegels from the routine completely and did a separate routine for them, which I did in the morning.

"Both hands count as 1 rep" im a little confused and just want this cleared up. Does this mean that each hand counts as a single or that using both strokes with both left and right together count as one rep?

I've read the April 2013 amendment on pelvic floor balance, how should one go about implementing reverse kegels into JP90 at a 50:50 ratio? I realize that in the routine 4 sets of 25 reps of regular kegels are done, so should I just add in the reverse kegels after those regular kegels or should I just do the reverse kegels completely independent of the routine? like in the morning if I'm doing JP90 in the afternoon/night.

guys i have a question.i haven't read the entire thread because it is too big, but if continue the jp90 routine for over three months will i have any "major" gains?in the begining jonpop prescribed that with this routine he gained 2,25 inches length and 1.75 inches in girth,i''m i right?i'm not interested in advanced exercises only in a safe beginner routine in order to gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth and have a healthy penis.i'm a new member in the forum and PE exercises so any help would be valuable and pardon me for my bad english but i'm from greece.

Penis exercises works differently for everybody, I did JP90 and didn't gain anything, I'm not sure if that's because of the way I did the exercises or my body. What I'm saying is, it's impossible to say "mitsakos, if you do JP90 for x amount of time you will gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth". If you think about JP90 as a conditioning routine, where you just prepare you penis for any type of exercise, you can then do the more advanced exercises after the JP90 which are targeted but also in some cases more intense.

If 2 hands count as 1 rep, does it mean 1 hand = half rep?

thank you robberman,i just wanted tyo stick around with a beginer's routine because i have read many threads about injuries, soft glans, and venous leakage and i do not want to harm my penis in an irreversible way.i just want to get a routine which is completely safe ,with non intense exercises and which will give me my desirable gains.time is nothing to worry about as i'm only 18 so i have plenty of time to enlarge my penis :).any advises about a proper routine for gains would be extremely valuable .

I've got a small question, and I hope it's not an already asked question, and I do apologize in advance if it's a repeated question.

The "V" Jelq, I've read somewhere that one should stroke to the right, up straight, and then to the left (3 strokes), and all of that process counts as 1 rep. I need clarification on this point please because I'm a bit confused.

Thank you very much in advance!

Your confusion stands correct. The 3 V-Jelq strokes counts as 1 rep.

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
mrlucky, welcome to the Gym. That for me, is an unanswerable question.
What did it look like before? Do YOU notice any changes?

Hey, I'm one week in on the routine and was doing Monday - Friday. Starting from next week I wanted to change up the days to Saturday - Wednesday just because it's easier/convenient as I had some changes in work schedule. So, today is Saturday (on my end of the globe), and I want to start the new days starting the next week. Should I go Monday - Wednesday, rest Thurs & Friday, then start Saturday - Wednesday?

I know it's only one week and a couple days difference I just want to know if there's any loss or a more efficient way to make the change? I could also use this knowledge again in the future should I need to make a change.

Also, I was thinking of getting the bathmate as it looks like a neat addition, would it be plausible to use it 2 days a week instead of the jelqing? For those two days I'd be outside of home, at the gym actually and I could use the bathmate in the shower stalls as it offers some privacy there. But jelqing for 40mins would be quite out of bounds for me.

you say that all gains are permanent, but most people report losing gains when they stop. Is it common for people to lose all of their gains if they stop for a long enough time period?
