Hi JP, first of all thanks for sharing this method. I have one question. Is it safe to jelq at 100% erection? I am going to start jelqing hard at erection to see if I make any gains.

Jelqing at 100% is masturbation. You will not see much gaining from doing this.
Although it feels good, this routine is based on 30-70% erection level.

Jp I'm currently doing your routine and I wanted to know if its ok to increase my vjelqs reps? I'm on my 5th week and have seen positive results.My unit no longer feels like its being worked enough.Thanks for the routine also.

Maybe this question has been answered but is it possible get gains when erect even though your flaccid is still the same size? I ask this because my wife said that it felt a bit longer the other night we had sex but my flaccid size still looks the same. I haven't measured yet. I have to restart jp90 today due to a surgery I had a couple weeks back. It feels good to be back!

You should read the first post more carefully; it is visibly noted that LOT is considered obsolete. If you continue not paying attention to the instructions, you'll injure yourself.

Ok so im on my 9th day doing PE, ive been warming up for 10 min then Wet jelqing for 10 min then Bathmate for 15-20 min. All consecutive. So I want to start doing the JP90 routine with 5 days on 2 days off but I also want to incorporate my Bathmate into routine. I wanted to use BM for the 30 days straight but I read off days are necessary so I have taken 2 so far. So can I incorporate the BM I this routine Jp?

Sorry if this is an already asked ? because im sure it is, I skimmed through some pages and couldn't find anything and didn't really want to read 400 pages to find my answer

Greetings JP. I have read your suggestion for newbies to the system, and have done the LOT test and discovered mine is at
6:00. The question i have for you and any one that knows, since hanging is not an option what about the various pumps in conjunction with your beginner routine.

Hi JP, I have 2 questions hopefully you can help me answer.
1/You posted that the ideal % of erection for jelqing is 60-70%. However, it is very hard for me to maintain around this level because without psychological stimulation (sexual thought), I cannot get to that level but if I have sexual thought, I will quickly get to 90-100%. Am I having erectile dysfunction? Or if yes or if not, what should I do?
2/I'm 2 days into your routine. How should I feel like after a session to know I'm on the right track?

Hey everyone. I first of all want to thank JP for putting this great program together. I just finished my first 90 days and it truly does work. I have two questions that I hope someone who has moved on past the first 90 days can answer.

1.) I saw my greatest gains in my first 30 days and then minor gains after 60 days. Nothing really to complain about as I gained .5", however I did not see any improvement in the final 30 days. I am wondering if this is the plateau effect that you would see in weight lifting and if it's time to change the workout. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

2.) Now that my first 90 days are up, does anyone have any suggestions on what else to incorporate going forward? Since I did see great results the first go around, I would like to continue the same program, however I am interested to hear if anyone has had success with adding in more advanced techniques in order to continue to see gains.

Dear All Veterans!

I am looking for a suitable and proved combined routine of Jelqing + Extender. I have googled too much and searched most of the thread in PEGym related to this subject, but have not found practical recipe! I mean something which shows order, time, counts etc.

No. Many of us are uncut. You still do the same exercises.

Also, are the supplements at the bottom necessary or just complimentary? Especially L-Arginine as I'm not sure if I can get it.
Lots of men will make good gains without ever using supplements. So no supplements aren't necessary.

Are the gains permanent? If I were to do this for a year and then decided to stop would I go back to my original size? I'm debating whether this is worth it or not so I'd like to know before I give it a go.

I saw about a quarter inch growth in girth. After the program, I noticed that while doing the program, my flaccid and erect girth felt much fuller and that has subsided since I stopped. I'm not sure at what point the gains become permanent, but I can say that while doing the program, you will see results.

Are there any videos of the exercises to use as a guide?
Also what exactly are the kegel exercises mentioned in the OP where it says "do kegels"?

When you say we do the same amount of reverse kegels as regular kegels does that mean we should do the stretch to the left, right, up ,straight out as we did for regular kegels now for reverse kegels?
