Can someone make a video of V jelqs because to me it is impossible to do a V jelq on the underside of the shaft and have your fingers curled TOWARDS your belly. Impossible.

This is completely off topic but I know a James from Australia, would you happen to be this James?

I've been looking for a way to incorporate the bathmate with the JP 90 day routine but I can't find any information.
I'll be waiting another month or two before I use it but I was wondering how would I add it into the routine?

Would appreciate any help!

hi, ssory for my English, i used google translate. :( I tried to transfer to the Russian set of exercises to jp90 and not absolutely understood what to do. You can write please in abbreviated form the list of exercises for this routine?? For example 1. Extensions (time)2...3... , or can eat video? thanks for the help

Hi im about to start your 90 day beginer routine. Just have one question. It says to start to do these exercises for 5 days then 2 days off BUT if its too much to only do 2 on 1 off. So what if its not too much?? Do i still do them 5 on 2 off for the entire 90 days?? Thanks for any help in advance! Anxious to get started

Hello. I started this program a week ago. I knew about it long time ago, but didn`t really had time to start it. I love it, but I have a question: I can`t do the v jelq right and was wondering if i can replace it with anything else(watched videos but can't get it right). And one more, after a month can i add into the routine some hanging? Sorry for my english and thank you in advance

Hey JP

Firstly I would like to say thanks for throwing us a beginners guide to help us on our way as it has encouraged me to stop putting it off and have completed my first session this morning and will be doing the whole 90 days 5 days a week, as I didn't want to miss anything out I thought I would hit you with a couple of questions. I noticed with the basic stretches you mention too stretch left, right, straight and up but no down is there any reason for this or did it just get missed out? because you say to work against the tug when testing your lot, I think I may be a 12oclock but will try again tomorrow as rushed it today so think it may just be wishful thinking from me. Also altogether with the directions mentioned there are a total of 100 kegals (I think I spelt that wrong) so is there no need for any additional kegals for a firmer male member, I always thought that you were supposed to kegal with a full erection but as I said today is my first proper day. Also I take it they are classed as regular kegals so for the balance factor would you recommend reverse kegels also?

Any help would be much appreciated,

I've done the program before and had good results.

If you can manage 5 days and maintain positive indicators throughout (good EQ, good flaccid hang etc) then do 5 on, 2 off for the whole 90 days.

Whats the issue with v-jelqs??

If you can't do those just replace them with more regular jelqs.

And i wouldn't start hanging that early. If you get injured you will regret it.

I feel that i am not doing them right. Can't get a grip with the V, and i don`t feel like the regular jelqs(i don`t feel working my penis). My penis keeps spining sideways. I`ll do more regular jelqs, and will not hang yet. Thank you for the advice

Hello JP,
first of all thanx for sharing the routine.I've done it for 3 months just as you told and i gained some flacid length and girth but no gaines with erected length and girth.Although im happy for flacid gaines,my primary gold is erected gaines so can you advise me what should be my next step,because im not giving up :biggrin1: should i repeat this routine for another 3 months or should i do some more advanced routine? Thanx a lot.

Hi there Mr. JonPop! I must thank you for this great thing you've done here, in the name of all the men who know about it, or will in future :) It is in my humble opinion the routine to stick with forever.

There is one thing I must ask, and I haven't seen this in the few replies I've read. Is it ok if I do it after I cum?
I can't keep it flaccid, no matter what... I can't even do the stretching circles without getting hard.
I tried it once, after cumming and the stretch was far better, and so was the jelq, maintaining a medium erection level.
If it's ok, and if there are downsides, please, tell me master!

Mine takes about 35-40 minutes including a 10-12 min warm up. It depends if you can stay at the desired erection the whole time because if you get to hard and have to keep stopping and waiting for it to go down a bit your routine can take much longer

And I warm down in the shower with a rag wrapped around my unit but that's not included in the 35-40 minutes
Ok, then I am on the right way. WHEN, I mean what time of day do you usually do the exercises? That's just me asking out of interest.^^
And sorry for the late respond, was very busy.

Good, Im 3 weeks away from completing JP90 and my flaccid hang is ridiculously long and thick compared to what it used to be which is great, and my erect girth and length is def bigger as well. Newbie gains!

and sorry for the late respond, was very busy.
I will ONLY do my routine at night time before bed. The reason behind this is while you sleep your not moving around and your blood isn't being drawn to other muscles in your body therefore letting your penis stay filled with blood. I also get spontaneous erections during the night and usually wake up with an erection or at least a big thick flaccid so that means your dick is healing in a elongated state which is really good.

About 2 weeks ago I fell asleep before doing my routine so when I woke up I was like f** I cant miss my routine so I did it in the morning and went about my day, work(physical) and then gym after work. Well my dick was extremely small all day due to blood being drawn to other muscles which sucked AND my routine later that night I had a hard time getting my dick to the erection level so didn't have a good session. Ive never had this problem before in the 2 1/2 months ive been doing the JP90. When I do my warm up my erection levels get to the perfect erection level for stretching and then after stretching and helicopters its at the perfect erection for jelqing pretty much ALWAYS, So since then theres no way I will do my routine any other time than before bed, id rather not do it all then do it and have my penis healing in a small state. Hope this helps!
