Hey guys.
Well I'm new here and it's been about 2 weeks of doing the beginners exercises. But, recently I found myself in a situation where I can only do the helicopter shake, the 25 count hold, and the big circles for the next 3 weeks because of where I'll be staying for my job. (Basically, No privacy here)
As I have been told and been reading here, I see that many people gain most of their length and girth during their first 3 months. My question is whether the lack of PE, in the next 3 weeks, well affect my gains in any way?
