i just read this blog..im 60 yrs old..i suspect it too late for me to like my penis ever again. if this takes YEARS to show growth...then i need to find
another way. last night was my AH HA moment....went to a bath house and couldn't get it up..even with a Viagra. i use to be just an average cock size

I gained an inch , mostly by doing JP's routine and actually using my pecker again .
As I got older , pecker just got used less .

Hey guys.
Well I'm new here and it's been about 2 weeks of doing the beginners exercises. But, recently I found myself in a situation where I can only do the helicopter shake, the 25 count hold, and the big circles for the next 3 weeks because of where I'll be staying for my job. (Basically, No privacy here)
As I have been told and been reading here, I see that many people gain most of their length and girth during their first 3 months. My question is whether the lack of PE, in the next 3 weeks, well affect my gains in any way?

Not as much as you think it would.It is just a set back. Whnever you can find time just be consistent again and you will be back on track for them gains.

Hi , restarted JP's .
I did them when I first got wind of PE .
Still not fond of jelqs .
Instead I grip overhand and slid up to my glans , doing a continuous slide .
I pull my sac skin down before each rep . so I get just shaft .
My glans is expanding well and looks amazing .
Doing 2 rice sock applications , really getting my ligs warm .
Very important to get well heated !

Love V-jelqs though .
And when I've done them , I use the remaining lube to massage my whole groin area .
Making sure I get the whole area around my hang .
I think I'm getting a better work-out than when I started .
Pecker feels GREAT !!
Really like heating after , makes good sense !

Started this JP90 this week. Got three days in and after a seriously long day at work, missed my fourth day in a row.

Question is, since I missed that day should I now start doing three on and one off? Or should I finish the fifth day (with that one day I missed mixed in there) and then take two off and try and restart the five on/two off JP routine?

Thanks for any reply from a newbie.

Missing a day is going to happen, stick with your original plan and dont worry about a missed day.

Hey man! I have a question, when doing the JP 90 day program, can I masturbate after? Or it should be done before or even not at all. Also should I only do it for 2 days one off? and not everyday? Since it is a 90 day program. Thanks!

Hi guys, noob here....i have a few questions.....kegels! i can squeeze what i think are the pc muscles, but the intensity only lasts about seconds before its relaxes, and as for the reverse kegels..... i have no idea how to activate them ....any help????

I just finished my 1st day of this program. Is it normal to feel a little discomfort in your penis after your session.

I just finished my first 30 days of JP 90 with no length or girth gains. Im on a 2 on 1off... my question is should I continue with the same routine or do a 5 day on 1 day off?

If your PI's are okay then sure you could try it. The main purpose of this routine is to condition your penis for more advanced exercises.

On week two of JP90. Supplements just arrived. Does it matter when I take them? Arginine at night or in am? Just curious. Thanks.

i am a new member on here but had been reading forums and posts since last three months... Had been on JP's 90 day program for the last 2 months or so and i must say that i have seen incredible improvement in EQ, and some initial gains in length and width. i used to experience some episodes of ED some months earlier and PE has certainly made those episodes disappear. i have a solid morning wood almost daily. i am currently doing PE 2 days on and 1 day off and rely on PI's for taking days off. Any comments or suggestions are welcome..

I'm very new to this. I was ready another website that said to do 100 jelqs week 1. 300 week 2. 500 week 3 and on. I did notice growth in my first 3 weeks. I noticed this routine as I became more interested in jelqing. I want to start right. My question is do I increase anything in the routine for the first 90 days or do keep the routine?
