Imagine a clock face, 6:00 is straight down towards your feet, 9:00 is straight out perpendicular to the floor, 12:00 is straight up towards your navel.

I thought 6 was straight down, 12 straight up, 3 straight right, 9 straight left :pound:

I guess I learn something new everyday!

hi nice thread im not sure if i compltly understand LOT i get most tug and 3 9 12 o'clock least and 6 o'clock

I am new to PE and I don't want to do any damage to my penis in any way and I am a little worried that I am overtraining in this routine. I just started 3 days ago on it, and was wondering that when it says to do a total of 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelgs, that it means in the entirety of the workout you do this amount. I have been using the routine like a checklist with each section, and going through all the way down to the bottom. It just seems a little extreme to for it to ask a substantial amount of wet jelqs and V-jelqs after doing the previous sets during the workout. In other words, I do more than 150 wet jelqs and V-jelqs through this routine. I need some assistance in this matter so I don't injury myself later down the road.

Yes, in the entire workout you're supposed to do a total of 150 reps of wet jelqs (2 jelqs, alternating hands = 1 rep) and 90 reps of v-jelqs (3 v-jelqs, alternating hands = 1 rep). Always remember the Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!
If you feel that you're doing too much, there's no harm in lowering the number of reps until you feel comfortable doing more. It's not a race after all.

Thank you! Looking at that I guess I was interpreting the count of jelqs wrong because I would count each hand as 1 rep, and I guess I will have to look over the v-jelq illustrations again to do them correctly. I was a little confused thinking that I was overtraining, but I had some of the positive PIs listed in the PI article. Anyways, I just didn't want to take the chance that I was doing something wrong, and guess what, I was doing things wrong. Again thank you Kida for helping me out!

Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.

What exactly does this mean? I am a bit confused.

Hello everyone.
I'm doing a routine similar to this:
10min wash cloth warm up
6min stretching (all ways x 1 set)
10min wet jelqing (4-5sec stroke)
10min warm down.

With time and work i can only do this routine Fri Sat Sun Mon

...... Just a few queries:

1. Am i stretching enough with 1 set all ways?
2.Ive heard jelqing at low erections may aid more in length (which is what i want) would this be ok? say 40%
3.I cant and never have been able to retract my foreskin at all. Will this hinder gains?
4.Should i stretch from the base as i feel i am only stretching my foreskin

I totally don't get the helicopter part. I just moved my hand in circles while holding my glans, but not sure if this is correct. Someone help?

So I usually do this routine during nights. I started in December and jelqed for 5 nights a week almost consistently until 2 months ago (February). I made some gains. Now I have not been doing 5 nights a week. I have been trying to do 2 nights on and 1 night off. However, there are nights where I don't feel like doing it. So some weeks I might do 1 night and 2 days off and some weeks 2 nights on and 2 nights off. Some weeks 3 nights on and 1 night off. Will I still maintain gains doing it this way? What if I went on vacation and couldn't jelq for a week? Will I lose my gains?

So this will be my first post. I started this routine exactly 3 months from my birthday so i hope ill get a really nice present in form of a bigger shlong. I was wondering about the vitaminstuff. How necessery is it? Im really late in my growth, im still growing, both penis and body. Im about 57kg. The question is that the multivitamine also contain b-vitamine, do i still need to take more to that? I read that a overconsuming amount of b-vitamine can be harmful, even though its a waterbased vitamin like the c-vitamine. Thanks in advance. Hope you understand any of it, couse i wrote it on my phone. Peace pe!

im 18, turning 19 in july. Yes i was late in puberty and my parents are also very short. Ive been excercising hockey until i become 16 and dropped out becouse of my weight. Pls answer.

I take vitamins because my diet sucks. I also take L-Arginine because I've been a smoker for 15 years.

If you have a good diet, don't smoke/drink garbage or do drugs, you shouldn't need supplements.

I'm still confused on the big circles part. Do you mean, pull from the gland, and go to the left and just do circles with your wrist?
