Well guys I think I am giving up on PE. Been doing it for close to 4 years on and off. I might have gained an 1/8" in girth, no length. I have tried a jelq free routine, JP's routine, stretching & girth routine. Just can't find anything that works. I monitor how I respond to each workout session, never get the positive indicators, no matter how light a routine I go. I am totally dumbfounded and disappointed that with all the info available on PEing I can't fnd anything that works for me??????? I have even used the personal trainer.

Awww man, bodeen. You've been around a long time, both here and at BetterMan. Sorry, really sorry man to hear that you have tried most everything and still no gains.
Did you ever get into the hanging aspect of PE?
How about pumping? (jP

I have a question regarding the V-Jelqs. If I'm doing 30 reps of it, can I just do 10 in the center, 10 to the left and 10 to the right instead of every 3rd jelq alternating the side?

Never tried hanging. I used to have a nice vacuum pump, years ago but no longer have it. I do have a Bathmate and an Extender, The Bathmate is good to warm up with. Just not to be used alone. The extender I haven't used much. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure I won't give up PEing for good. Just don't know what to try?

Oh and by the way. I invented the "V" Jelqs back in 2004. Much copied and used by literally hundreds of thousands. (jP

just had my first day of doing the V-jelqs correctly. so im considering this my first day in the routine instead of the one i had 2 days ago.

and it feels really good doing the V-jelqs man, i really like it more than the normal jelqs.

during normal jelqs, after maybe around 12 reps, i begin to lose erection so i have to masturbate a little to get back to 70%

but with v-jelqs it's all natural and my penis responds do it beautifully.

But remember that V-jelqs ideally should be done while 40% erection. I think that when I V-Jelq I even have 20% :\ which is very annoying because when I try to get back to 40%, I get back to 80%, and then I wait to 40% but it becomes 20% very fast.
It is very difficult for me to maintain a 40% erection.

Yeah, "V" Jelqs feel good don't they.
Actually, 20% is all right to do these, because you'll usually be at 40% or above by the time you complete the reps.
If you get over 40%, just go back to doing regular Jelqs until you subside a bit.
The "V" Jelqs are actually a stretching exercise. That's why I combined them with wet Jelqing. You get both girth and length work in the one session by combining the two. (jP

@chongmet and JP

that is actually why i love V-jelqs the most. because it's all natural to me, it just flows smoothly, i don't have to do anything to maintain that 40% erection while i'm doing it, it's like it's automatically there.

while on normal jelqs.. sometimes i get too erect, or sometimes i lose erection. combine that with that many reps, normal jelqs really take a lot of time as oppose to V-jeqls.

Hey JonPop - I have a little problem in V-Jelqs. You say 20%-40% is ideal for them, but when Im 20-40% erected it doesnt feel good to me because my hands don't slide smoothly on the shaft sides.. It feels like I waste these jelqs on my skin only, and not on the inner parts. I use K-y gel which is good but gets dry early so maybe its due to this? I also wanted to know if I should squeeze the shaft's sides hard enough to feel it? or just slide it even if I doesnt feel anything?

Hello all, I'm following this routine since a week hoping to get results.
I have a question about the BIG circles. How long should they last? I think this is pretty important but I can't guess it. Should they take a minute EACH? Just a few seconds?
Or, more or less, just how much time?

Thanks so much!

about 10-15 seconds for a circle.

Thank you.
In babbis routine, which I followed for some time, it was explicitly recommended to take 30 second per revolution, that is about 8 seconds to move a quarter turn. That was very slow and I needed to count to slow down, or to use a clock.
Also, with JP, it would take quite a long while to get to the end.

Is this 10-15 seconds your own "style" (and if so, which gains did you had from it?). I'd love to hear from others too.

Thanks so much!

Uncircumcised Modifications?

Uncircumcised Modifications?

First and foremost, hello to everyone! I am brand new to this forum and this is my first post. I have been reading through a lot of the articles on here, but (unless I have overlooked something) I have not seen anything that specifically addresses males that arent circumcised. Are there any special instructions we need to know? Thanks!

Ok before I start I have a few more questions. Are the supplements 100 percent necessary? Also do you do 3 reps of the 50 jells straight? Or alternate between 50 jells and 30 v jelqs? Also. I could you a further explanation to the big circle stretch to the left and the right. I'm not understanding that at all. Are there any pictures for it? Also. Welcome 4theladies!

Just finished my 1st week! I have a question though. Doing 1 whole session takes roughly about 1 1/2 hrs including warmup/warm down. my jelqs take about 6-8 seconds. Am I overworking my routine?

Hey I'm new to PE. I'm having problems understanding what doing exercises straight out and straight up and straight out and straight down means.
