He is patient and he is very helpful but you do have to understand that people ask questions.
How long did it take you to read the entire thread ? Not everyone has the time to do so and the search function does not always show what you are looking for.
Don't get me wrong. What JP does is extremely kind and we're all very thankful but to read this whole thread..
Because of my below average English I have to google every anatomical word or movement. It would take me days to read this whole thread. JP's respons would take him 5 seconds, i'm just sayin..
But please, I can't stress enough how thankful we are you.
Whenever you go pee, do several dry Jelqs (to get rid of the last few drops) then do a few Helicopters followed by some big circle stretches, and Helicopters again. This will take under a minute and will keep you conditioned, until you can get back on your routine. Good Luck. (jP
I think most people do 2 days on 1 day off. While JP recommends 5 days on 2 days off, most feel that is a bit too intensive to begin with and also from personal experience it tends to get a bit repetitive. I was doing 5 on 2 off until this week when I decided to change to 2 on 1 off.Hey guys - quick question:
Found this site about a week ago and have been reading everything I can before designing a routine. One of the things that seem to be advocated over and over again is to NOT overdue it... That being said, this routine seems to be one of the ones most frequently point to for beginners yet it's 5 days on 2 days off. I designed my beginner routine (1 day on 1 day off in mind) and after doing my first day of PE yesterday am GREATLY tempted to increase the frequency maybe to 2 days on 1 day off or even 5 days on 2 days off... since this thread is pointed to so frequently.
Thoughts?
Ah, a fellow Aussie.Hi jp, just about to start this and I'm buying supplements, would it be a bad if I took ginseng and ginkgo biloba as well?
Also I'm having a problem finding zinc bigger than 15mg tablets, do I just take 4 to make the 60mg?
I took me a while to understand how to do them as well. But as most men (myself included) are visual learners, I found these illustrations quite useful.been following JP's 90 day routine (although normal jelqs instead of V jelqs as I was a bit confused as how to do them properly) for about a month
Tired of advice that sounds smart and goes nowhere?
