Hello everyone. I'm new to PE-ing. Actually today was my first session. Inspired by JonPop's results I've decided to follow his training program. I decided to restrain myself from sex and masturbation for the 3 months i'll be doing this program. My LOT is 6:00 which (as much as I understood) means that I'm a gard gainer but my goal isn't that high anyhow(1"EL/0.75EG). I'll greatly appreciate all advices I can get.
I gained 3.5-4 cm in a year and a half.believe me it is not very easy.To say the truth it is my bigest success in my life and I think the hardest and most crazy thing tha I have done for myself.It is possible to make gains but needs motivation and faith.
How old are you, Welch?
I'm just wondering if Age has anything to do with your nice gains.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to give a update on my progress with 90 day routine. After 3 weeks I've gained 1/4" in length, working on the girth.
Starting BPEL 6 1/8"
Now BPEL 6 3/8"
Starting EG 4 1/2"
Now EG 4 5/8"
