JonPop,

It has been a while since I posted last regarding the "90 day routine". I have taken ~3wks. off PE but continuing with light Jelq (<10reps./set), LOTS of lube/massage, Jai everyday (~6X/day), and X25-30rep.@ 1sec. and X3reps. @ 30s. hold Kegles in the last week after the "Beginner's routine". All of this was for "beef jerky" prevention and for a 75% "growth" allowance time. I think I should have been more faithful in my Kegels as I have the most time in my day for this part of PE, but that's history and a mistake to learn from now.
My question concerns the TIME and PROGRESSION (lack of) involved in the "90 day routine". Following "Kingpole's" advice for stroke time (6s. for me now :) ) with each hand (L then R) and your reccommended sequence and stroke time (L then R) I am finding my routine to last upward of an hour OR MORE!!. I respect the dedication involved and am really trying to focus on my technique/quality of Jelq, BUT am loosing my concentration not to mention enthusiasm at these sesssion times. Am I approaching this incorrectly (i.e. - errors in sequence, stroke time, etc...)? Is it possible I need to break-up my PE session(s) into more than one part (something I had to try today given my schedule) and is this optimal for results? I would really appreciate YOUR input on this as I am getting frustrated and discouraged in the TIME factor here.

*P.S. - I am now in week 3 today [I think], and will update my progress log shortly.

flynRN, whoa buddy, you are way over complicating this whole exercise thing.
Stop, take a deep breath and re-think what you are doing. 3 weeks into this break you need to start back slowly. You can't just jump back into where you left off. The break was to decondition and now you need to re condition. Start slow. If you are pressed for time, break your routine into two parts. Do your Jelqing in the morning and the stretching portion at night, or whichever. How are the gains coming? Don't try and work too many types of exercises into your routine. Keep it simple, don't overwork.

Hi everyone, I am now in my second week of the 90 day routine, just some questions, when I'm done I check my EQ it is about 80%, penis looks a little pumped and flacid length is longer. I then cool down for 10 mins using warm wrap. Does this seem to be moving in the right direction?

Darth, welcome to the PE Gym. All of this information has been developed over years and years of men doing the "Rub and Tug" a euphemism I use to describe Penis enlargement exercises. So much trial and error has gone into what today, has resulted in an easy to understand and follow exercise program to a larger, healthier, erectile system. Just follow the directions and advice on these boards and you will be fine. Good luck.

Hi JP, I am following the 90 day to a tee including the supplements. I have noticed that my unit is darker when I'm done peing, is that natural or overworking it?

Hey bodeen, good to hear that you are following the routine. Keep us informed of your progress. Some men DO experience darkining of the skin of the penis. As far as I know this has no ill effects other than visual. Does this bother you? Does it bother your partner? If so, turn off the fookin lights. *Hee*

I would start out with the Beginner Guide since you haven't been doing the exercises for a while.

Yeah Reg. Get a couple of weeks worth of conditioning under your belt, (pun intended) and then jump into the 90 day routine. Good luck.

Start yourself a progress thread, Reg, you'll be glad you did. Update it every month so we here, can see your progress. But continue to post on other topics as well. Good luck my friend. Feel free to PM me if you have any personal issues or just want to talk. JP

I actually did have a few questions about this routine JP. Even though i still have a few weeks before i jump into this routine I'm very curious about it so maybe you could indulge me in my queries?

1) As far as the V-Jelqing goes I'm still just a bit confused on how to actually do them. I might be just reading the description wrong or something, but the correct method just isn't getting through to me. Are there any pictures or videos of this exercise anywhere that I could look at because I think that would really help.

2) In regards to the supplements just what exactly is the purpose of them? I'm not anti-supplements or anything but I'm just wondering what exactly they do for me and if I'll see more gains if I'm on them.

These are just a few questions I had about this routine. I'm sure I'll have more questions as I get closer to actually doing the routine, but thanks in advance for answers to these questions and my future ones.

Tonight I followed JonPop's beginning routine for the first time. It took a couple of reviews of the material but I think I perform the routine exactly as it was written. What struck me was how much time it took to complete the whole routine. It took me around 1 hour. Is that common? Is that the time commitment I am going to need to make to follow this routine? On 5 days a week?

Also, the V Jelqs where a bit challenging to understand from the description given. However, I don't know if they could be explained better with mere words. I am pretty sure I got the hang of the v jelq. Is there a video of the v jelq showing proper technique.

Thanks, JonPop, for sharng this routine. I look forward to the feedback on my questions.

Joe: an hour for the routine seems a bit long to me too. keep in mind though that some men PE for a total of up to two hours per day. maybe that little tid bit will help you get used to the fact of a one hour routine. but consider this: you said yourself that it took a couple of reviews of the material till you got the routine just right. were you reviewing the material while you were going through the routine? because if so that's probably why it took so long. once you become familiar with the routine i bet it will go by faster for you since you're used to it.

im right there with you on the v jelqs too. i dont think i really fully understand them but maybe just the basic concept. i think i would benefit from a video of it being done too. does anyone know of a good v jelq demonstration video out there??

Reggie, Thanks for the reality check. I have a busy schedule and travel regularly with work. It may be a challenge to complete this routine as written five days a week. I may have to experiment with modifying it a bit for a shorter routine. My thought is that a shortened routine is much better than doing nothing at all. I would assume it is important to keep the warm up/warm down and stretching sequences as is but modify/shorten the wet and v jelqing.

Anyone out there practicing a shortened version of the beginner workout? I would love to hear about it. Also, if any suggestions on how to modify existing beginner routine for shorter, but still effective, workout, please chime in!
