JonPop,
It has been a while since I posted last regarding the "90 day routine". I have taken ~3wks. off PE but continuing with light Jelq (<10reps./set), LOTS of lube/massage, Jai everyday (~6X/day), and X25-30rep.@ 1sec. and X3reps. @ 30s. hold Kegles in the last week after the "Beginner's routine". All of this was for "beef jerky" prevention and for a 75% "growth" allowance time. I think I should have been more faithful in my Kegels as I have the most time in my day for this part of PE, but that's history and a mistake to learn from now.
My question concerns the TIME and PROGRESSION (lack of) involved in the "90 day routine". Following "Kingpole's" advice for
stroke time (6s. for me now

) with each hand (L then R) and your reccommended
sequence and
stroke time (L then R) I am finding my routine to last upward of an hour OR MORE!!. I respect the dedication involved and am really trying to focus on my technique/quality of Jelq, BUT am loosing my concentration not to mention enthusiasm at these sesssion times. Am I approaching this incorrectly (i.e. - errors in sequence, stroke time, etc...)? Is it possible I need to break-up my PE session(s) into more than one part (something I had to try today given my schedule) and is this optimal for results? I would really appreciate YOUR input on this as I am getting frustrated and discouraged in the TIME factor here.
*P.S. - I am now in week 3 today [I think], and will update my progress log shortly.
