Hello everyone. Just wanted to give a update on my progress with 90 day routine. After 3 weeks I've gained 1/4" in length, working on the girth.

Starting BPEL 6 1/8"
Now BPEL 6 3/8"

Starting EG 4 1/2"
Now EG 4 5/8"
how many days did you do the stretches and how many days did you take off, i did it for a month and to me it seems that i didn't gain any thing, and you did stretches only right...

Everyone is different. Some people, from what I've read, gain an inch in a year and some in a month. Hell I just finished my first week with this program and I've added about a half inch in length :). I would say though that this is probably extremely rare and is not to be expected by most.

I saw a post earlier where someone had gained a full inch in just 9 days. About 2 minutes later, I read where someone had been trying for 3 months and had not noticed anything.

I believe that this program, if done with too much intensity, can most likely lead to overtraining as it does seem to have a lot of volume. I have found what I believe to be a good intensity and am adding 1 rep of each exercise of each set per session (5 reps a week). No negative PI's yet so I guess I will continue to do this (unless an admin says otherwise).

I am no where near an expert but this has been my experience thus far. Good luck.

Hi guys, i got a quick question.

When i do the warmup stretches, should i pull back the skin and grab under the head or pull the skin out as well?
Im asking because i can feel the difference between the two and i don't know what im supposed to feel.


I already PM Robocop but I'll write it here as well so any fellow in need can find the answer.
I got an impression that many Americans are circumcised (I may be wrong) and thus not many people can answer this question.
I don't know what is right but I can tell you 2 things:

1.- I am uncut and I pull my foreskin back when stretching

2.- My brother had phimosis as a kid and stretched his foreskin to widen it.
He ended up with a bit less than an inch of extra foreskin.

So I assume that foreskin would grow faster than penile tissue and thus this would produce an undesired result.
So you PE vets, what is your opinion on this?

Continue on with the beginners routine for the full 3 months. 1 month is way too soon to expect to see changes. You are still in the process of conditioning your penis.

I feel that I do not have a LOT, I can feel the tug-back very well in just about every direction? What exactly does this mean?

Is taking a hot shower sufficient warm-up?

This means you have very tight ligaments. Make sure you are completly warmed up before doing any stretching. Minimum of 10 minutes. Then slow easy stretches.

Is taking a hot shower sufficient warm-up?
If the water is hot enough to really get a deep heat to your ligaments. If not, turn on straight hot water for a second and use a hot wash cloth to warm with. Stand out of the way when you do this.

Actually no. Your ligaments will deform pretty easily and should give you some fairly quick newbie gains. Just don't stretch to the point of pain but stretch often.

I can feel a tug-back very well when stretching straight out, but in other directions I don't too much fill a tug-back what dose that mean?

This means you need to re-read your post before you submit it. Please watch your spelling in the future. Thanks.

As for the other, don't worry about tug-back, just do the exercises.

Start with the beginners routine and listen to what people suggest on here and you will be fine.

I understand, just that I PE'd the last 2 days, and don't know if I should take tonight off or continue for another 3 consecutive days.

I'm completely new to this & in the past 2 days since I stumbled on this site I've been reading the threads & advice articles avidly!

Now,time 4 my 1st question.....

How long should the beginner routine (including warm up & warm down) take in total to complete?

Also,how should I be doing the routine-sitting,standing,lying?

I ask that because,the routing involves 'kelging' & I do that very well when sitting,ok when lying,less so when standing (it seems harder to 'feel' the muscle area contracting)
So is it better to do this routine sitting,lying or standing?

Also,masturbation and/or sex.

If I've done my routine this moning,how long should I wait before I masturbate or have sex?

I'll have loads of questions for you guys as I progress with the routine (I started this morning) and also as I read more & more stuff on here. Oh,one other thing.

The routine says you should stop before the glands.....now I took this as meaning you should stop just before the base of your head. (not the one on your neck) Is that right or am I way off????

Anyways,thanks for taking the time out to answer my many questions & thanks for this great website. I'll have to do a proper introduction on here soon & let u know my results with the beginner routine.

Quick question for everyone, I am on the 6th week of the 90 day routine, so far so good, have decent length gains and a little girth gain, one thing I have noticed when I'm done peing, my dick is kinda numb, not numb where I can't feel it, is it maybe just tired from the workout? I always finish with HT"s KEK's to see how my erection is and it seems to be good.
