This is a good routine. I think I'll will adopt some of this in mine.
Why not do the whole routine? Everything there to make you grow.
Hey jayhawk, how's the snow problem now? My daughter lives in Aloha and was totally snowed in for well over a week.

EG: 6"

my target is a 7" 1/2 and 6.5 girth aswell...
Would you say this is achieveable??

PS. Could i do these excercises in the shower?


Also... When it says about the glans do they mean the bellend?

Your Goal is very achieveable of 7 1/2 in X 6 1/2 in

Yes you can do the Jelqing and Stretching in the shower, you can use the soap as a lube for Jelqing. The glan is the head of the penis and this you don't want to Jelq over, stop just before the glan, Good Luck :) :)

JonPop, I have a quick question if you don't mind. From what I've read, it seems that hanging produces very good results for those that are able to benefit from it; would you say that's the case, and if so, how can you tell if you're one of those dudes (besides a 12 o'clock LOT)? Like HopefulThinking, I seem to experience tug in all directions, though perhaps slightly less tug when pointed downward. Thanks for the time you put into this!

This routine will be my first attempt at PE. Starting at BPEL 6.5", EG 5"... I'll give it three good months, and I have to say, I'll be blown away if this works. :)

I'm in the middle of my 5-week Beginner's Routine from the Exercising Your Penis book. In the beginning, I was really lost as to what routine to do, this one or the one listed in the book. I hope the 5-week one will help me gain though. I would hate to lose 5 weeks for nothing, you know? ;)

Hey ive been going for a while now and its really looking good! i noticed it getting slightly bigger and bigger! :O Im amazed! haha I will measure at the first of feb to tell you what happened... but i have another question... after it gets longer and i stopped... would i shrink back to my old size? or would it stay at this fantastic new length! ;) THANKYOU MATE! :D

I have just decided to start this routine today and was wondering what the feeling should be like when I am doing these exercises.
Also after the 90 day period is over what should I start doing to see better results?

I got all the pills u suggested and im pretty motivated but don't wanna injure.

How many days off a week do you recommend?

Hey JonPop. Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I won't adopt the whole routine because I think that it is too intense for me. I love my routine.

The snow was a real problem for over a week. We got just over a foot of snow and ice here. Aloha got even more than where I am. Even when the stuff melted it would take me almost an hour just to get to the college campus downtown.

today I'm going to start trying hot showers for 8 mins or so for my warm up and will continue having 5min cold shower at the end of my routine (just standing in shower with shower head directring the cold water directly onto my penis)

The cold shower's have been working great as a cool down as a replacement for the warm up at the end...although sometimes I still put that 2nd warm up in the routine.After all,it can't do any harm right?

Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down.

Hello, there!

Sorry for stupid question from a very beginner (presumably it has been discussed before, but I could not find the right post), but I am a bit lost with this technique. Well...I mean it is clear how to handle this if you are circumcised. But what if you are not? Then you perhaps need three hands to do the excersise:eek:. My concern is that if to Jelq over the foreskin then there will be too much blood coming there rather then to penis.

Soon finished with my 4 weeks decon break, and I`m gonna try this routine out.
Just so I got it right:

* Warmup 8-10 minutes
* For the helicopter shakes I have to stretch the base, not the area under the glans?
* Helicopter, stretch+kegel, helicopter, stretch+kegel and so on
* 50 wet jelqs
* 30 V-jelqs
* Then another 50 wet jelqs, and 30 V-jelqs
* Finish with 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs
* Warm down 5-6 minutes


This would be a total of 400 jelqs, isn`t that a bit much for a newbie ? And should I stretch the base, and not the area under the glans while doing the helicopter shakes?

I think you got it wrong. You keep doing 50 wet jelqs and 30 V-jelqs until you reach 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs. So the total would be 150+90.
Basically you do 3 sets of jelqing. I think that's JonPop means but I cannot be sure.

I have a question though. Can I do the V-jelqs while standing? I do my PE in the shower so I have to do it standing up. I think I got the technique right but I don't feel much "expansion" and "tension" while performing the V-Jelq. I just don't feel much intensity. Is this normal? Do V-Jelqs feel less intense than normal jelqs or is it because I'm doing them standing?
I can't do them laying down because I live with my parents and I can't go to my room lube myself up and just lay there on the bed doing V-jelqs because someone might show up.

No I don't mean 80+150+90. Where do you get the 80 from?
JonPop says that you have to do a total of 150 wet jelqs and 90 V jelqs on your session, what's so confusing about it?
