Sure thing, HG. Depending on your LOT, you may have a harder or easier time feeling the tug back when you kegel during a stretch. For instance, I'll feel a hard tug for upward stretches, but none at all for downwards. You results may vary, but ultimately just stay the course.

Hey guys, just finished doing my first session and I gotta admit I kept thinking to myself I was doing it wrong at all times, couldn't control my erections and couldn't really understand all exercises, is there some kind of video tutorial?. Also, how do most people here normally warm up/down ? I boiled some water and used a towel, any easier way? can a hair dryer do it? Thanks in advance.

Alright, I finished my 3 months and want to add more exercises to my pe workout. Should I search for exercises in the pe enlargement section or exercises at the top? Are there any advanced or intermediate routines to look at?

There are some videos in the Exercises section, link in the top menu, and there's lots of useful links to information in the START HERE!, such as v-jelq illustrations. Try warming up with a rice sock. Dry rice in a sock, microwaved for a couple of minutes or so. I use a wheat bag.

You can also try the Exercises section. Flaccid bends are a great intermediate exercise. But, if you're still gaining with JP90 then there's no need to change just yet.

Erection control is a common problem at first, so just be patient with that and continue to wait until erections subside to resume jelqing. Warm ups are commonly done with a hot towel or a rice sock. The latter is less messy, and preferable to some; whereas others prefer wet heat. Your call, really. I've never heard of a hair dryer warm up, but I won't dismiss it. The one fault I see with it is that you can't really avoid your testicles easily, and exposing them to heat on a consistent basis can kill off your sperm buddies.

This is a common question, reikinou. Tell you what, I'll start a thread about it since so many people ask.

Hi everyone, today is my first day doing PE. My Flaccid Length is 7cm. My Erect Length is 15.5cm. I'm doing the 90 Day beginner course. I'm hoping for some flaccid gains. Is a goal of 13cm reasonable? This is my routine.

- Warm Up for 10 Minutes
- Helicopters, count of 20
- Stretch to the left (against thigh) + 25 Kegels
- 10 Big circles to left and right
- Helicopters, count of 20
- Stretch to the right (against thigh) + 25 Kegels
- Pull straight out, 10 Big Circles, left and right
- Helicopters, count of 20
- Stretch straight out, 25 Kegels
- 10 Big Circles Left and right
- Helicopters, count of 20
- 50 Jelq's, 30 V Jelqs (In order) x 3 sets

(Also, I have no access to any extenders and such. I can't buy them. I have read about lock hanging, but also that I should do the course first to condition myself.) All I want is a larger flaccid size.

JP's also includes upwards stretching, Gerard. You probably knew that but just made a typo.

Everything else looks good. No devices for this routine and you may choose never to you any for as long as you PE. As far as your specific goal, an increase in flaccid size is doable, but to what extent will depend on how long you're willing to stick with it and how consistent you are. Plus, some guys just gain faster or slower than average. But generally, flaccid gains are easier to come by than erect gains.

Oh I actually really forgot the upward stretch. I'm 16 by the way. I do these from Mondays to Fridays and take Saturday and sunday off. And just wanted to add in - After doing kegels, my erections feel amazing.

If I'm looking for the most gains in my BPEL and BPFSL would it be bad to not do the v-jelq's? Is there another exercise good for increasing these lengths that could be added in place of v-jelq's?

hello someone please help me as I am eager to start this. Honestly I feel LOT at all directions, what should I do. I'm think I should exercise at 6:00

also I'm confused on how to do the V-jelqs, what is the proper method? and are the supplements mandatory to see results?

Loss of tug is not important at this time. Do the jp90 as writin. V jeq is plam down with your hand half open and your penis in between your middle fingers.

There may be valid reasons to omit the v-jelq, like if it really irritates your wrist, but I wouldn't eliminate it for that reason. The same way that wet jelqs can sometimes help length, so can v's. If you continue to find that v-jelqing only helps with girth, or doesn't help at all, then you have reason to change your routine. But for now, stay with it. I see you joined this month, so it's too early to tell just yet!

Stretch in all directions. There should be some v-jelq illustrations around here. See if those help, and if not come back with a specific question. They're really just regular jelqs done with a different grip.

No need to supplement.

30% is a little on the low side, but then again it is very subjective.

It's normal for the skin to bunch up like that. It may just be how you're built, or it may be a sign of needing a better lube (or reapplying more frequently).

How does sex affect this routine? I have a girlfriend and I am a student, so I don't have much time during the day. I exercise on the evenings and then my gf comes, so it is hard for me to separate exercising and sex with a long period of time. Is it bad to have sex right after exercising? And one more thing - I have missed 4 days of exercising, because I was out of town. Is that not a big deal or should I avoid skipping exercising?

Being consistent is important if you actually want gains. Sex isn't going to affect your gains.

Ok, but those four days won't ruin it? I think I have read somewhere that gains are permanent. It was just this time, I haven't missed one day till now.
