1. You seem very concerned about injury. Properly performed jelqing for a reasonable period of time and stretching that's done with moderate levels of intensity should both be fine for a beginner. Injury is invited when a PE'er tries an advanced exercise too early or with too high a volume or intensity; when jelqing or stretching is done at a significantly higher intensity; or when insufficient rest is taken between sessions.

Just look out for anything obvious such as constant turtling, any sort of pain, visible bruising or discoloration, lower EQ, etc.

2. Definitely switch hands. You can observe the angles and grip that your dominant hand naturally makes, and try to replicate that with your non-dexterous hand. Try to get the two hands to work as similarly as possible.

I'm serious about doing it and don't want to mess up my perfectly working penis by doing something incorrectly that's all!

I'll switch hands every other rotation then; thanks so much for all the help so far!

Perfectly reasonable approach; slow and steady. Glad to help, runex.

Just curious how long this routine should last. It's been taking me about an hour from warm up to finishing....then I cool down...is a hour too long? warm up for 10 min, the exercises for about 50 min? I'm really excited to get back in this. I started in 2010 and after a month my GF told me she didn't want me to be any bigger so I stopped. (she noticed I was getting bigger) it was a great feeling. I'm ready to get back at it though....

I'm cut ( not fully cut ) i get some trouble doing jelqs correctly i just started PE. Is it ok to do this ( read below ) ? cause it helps me a lot to do them correctly.

One Hand

To perform the jelq effectively, you need to use 2 hands. Never ever perform the jelq using just one hand. You're aiming to force as much blood as possible into the penis whilst maintaining a semi erect state, so using 2 hands allows less blood to escape and better rhythm. Always use 2 well lubricated hands

Hello PE family.

I have been an avid watcher of all of you guys posts the past couple of weeks, and with further consideration, I have decided to do the JP90 beginner's routine. I have some questions so I can get started as soon as possible and have the maximum amount of useful information. (Can't really read through 329 pages of posts).

So my current NBPEL is 7 in and current EG is 5.25 in...don't really care about FL/FG (if it grows, it grows mindset), but I would like to end up having an EL of 8in and an EG of 6.5 in. However...I am a former athlete and have put on some weight since I finished college. I am planning to get back on my grind to get in shape. So here are my questions (please excuse them if they sound dumb):

1) Is it true that with every 20 pounds you lose, you gain an inch on your member? Because then my focus would then become primarily on my EG.
1a) Is there a way to focus on girth, if the answer above is yes?

2) I feel as if my member has shrunk in girth due to masturbating too much...is that possible?
2a) Should I cut back on masturbating during the program? How often is recommended?

3) I have some extra foreskin on my member. So earlier, I tried to OK jelq and V-jelq and the skin kept rising along with my jelqs (used Vaseline)...what should I do for this, or is this okay as long as I don't go above the glan?

4) To those success story people, With my current and desired measurements given, how long do you think it will take approximately? Or will I not see this type of desired growth during the beginner's phase?

I should like mutliple opinions so I can gather a general consensus for myself.

Thank you in advance.

1. It's a very vague estimate and I'm not sure where it came from. The magic number is rumored to be 30 pounds - but since I don't believe in magic numbers, I don't believe that figure. When you lose weight, it usually comes off in reverse order of which it came on: last on = first off.
1a. Losing weight may reveal your base more, and if that's thicker it'll show, but it won't cause girth gains.

2. It's really not likely. Your excessive masturbation just made your erections a little weaker.
2a. It's not part of the program. Some guys feel that cutting back can be useful for other reasons. Depends what you consider to be excessive.

3. I'm cut, so I'm not really sure, but plenty of uncut guys jelq just fine.

4. Impossible to say, but you seem to have a few things going for you. If you lose weight and increase your EQ, your visible penis (NBPEL) will likely go up. But your actual gains from stretching and jelqing can't be predicted. You can look at the polls for a general idea of how slowly most guys gain, but it's still just a generalization.

BTW, even if your goal is NBPEL, measuring BPEL has certain benefits. You may want to take a measurement of that now, just in case you care about it in the future and wish you had a starting reference.

Finished JP 90 day last month, would it be safe to do supraslammers?

So, I am preparing to begin this routine, but I haven't had the time to give it my 100 percent. However, I have been doing kegals and reverse kegals every other day. Would this help my progress even though I'm not jelqing yet?

I also figured I could incorporate some stretches even if I can't jelq

I would not do that yet. It's a very advanced girth exercise, and there are more intermediate ones to do first. You've got to be gradual, especially with intense girth work; that's a lot of pressure on your penis. Take it slow.

That's okay. Pick a less time-intensive routine or start JP90 when you have the time. Would you be better off right now if you picked a routine that could be done in 30 minutes (warm up included) instead of not doing JP90 because it takes about an hour?

Kegels and RK's are good for erection quality, but will only increase size if your EQ is weak. You can do some stretching, but have realistic expectations if you're doing them inconsistently. Even guys who address this with persistence often gain very slowly.

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep away from it for now.

Anyone know some good intermediate exercises primarily for length?

I'm having a hard time underarm ding the helicopter shakes. You are grabbing the base and spinning? Or behind glands in ok grip?

A-stretches, V-stretches, Side-to-side stretches, tunica tugs (some say these are more girth-oriented), to name a few. If the basic stretches were doing the trick for you, there's always the option of adding a bit of time to each hold, or doing two circuits instead of one.

Edit: Shewasaskingforit: Helis are done by grabbing the base, and making your penis rotate in order to shake some blood into it. Good question - I did 'em, wrong at first, myself.

Day 3 had an issue with getting soft whilewet jeqling. Am I to see this as a PI or NI? Later in the day I did get a random erection. Also I am doing the after pee stretches, is this to much?

Erection fluctuations during a jelqing session are normal, or maybe you need to use a lighter grip, however the spontaneous erection is a good PI :)
