Good day Sir JP

As for someone that does not have a past experience in PE, I am actually confused about the reps. Should I do the whole 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs on the first day, or should the reps be increased gradually totaling to 150 and 90 when I hit the end of the 90 days?

Thanks in advance :)
do that, and do that every time you workout.

edit: it shouldnt be too much for you. if it is, just dont go as hard, or change your on/off schedule

i am a little confused , i feel a tug at 9:00 and 12:00 what does this mean ?

There is a theory called LOT that was intended to predict the best way to make gains based upon when your ligaments tug back or don't tug back. JP, among others, now believes that the theory is obsolete. I guess you could say the jury is still out.

But for your purposes, ignore LOT and stretch in all directions as the program indicates.

No! Errr, if you do, let us know how you go. Warm ups each time would be a bother don't you think?

I think it's best to stick to the normal routine in the beginning. You could throw in a few JAIs maybe throughout the day, each time you visit the bathroom.

Been at this for a few weeks and I don't see any negitive pi's. I have upped intensity and still no neg pi... I have tryed a few hanging days and only after 3 days have I seen alittle neg pi's. I know it may seem to much but I have slowly upped intensity to this point. Guess I'm going to be a hard gainer.

That's like assuming gains are associated with negative PI's, when in fact the opposite is true. It would be better to focus on actual gains if your PI's are consistently good, rather than upping the intensity until you experience negative PI's. A common theory is that it's best to leave advanced exercises (not just for safety) until you have pretty much exhausted your gains from beginner and lower intensity exercises. Otherwise you might miss out on the easy gains from the easy exercises, and in danger of having your penis accustomed faster than needed to the advanced exercises, making them a necessity from then on. Hope that makes sense. Make haste slowly.

For the warm up can you use another method to heat the penis tissue? And second if so what are the other options. Thanks

The standard advice is to keep to the plan, but I'm okay with it if you're okay with it ;)
Have you seen any gains in the first two months?

Yeah I have, in my sig. The girth gains are for sure, BPEL not 100% sure. .2" gain at the least.

I guess don't change it if it's working? Though I preferred the days when I first started out, where the workout was a bit of a challenge and got me pretty tired, you know?

Ahh, I should have noticed that. You've been doing really well! I myself am not that good at restraint when I want to do something, but, you have been getting good gains so there's not really a practical reason to change. Only reason is for fun (which I think is a good reason too).

But yeah, usual advice is stick to what is working. You only have a month to go after completing the "official" conditioning period, then you might feel like changing it up could be like a reward kind of. In any case, I'm sure you have more gains coming your way.

Keep up the good work :Cool2:

Hi, I`ve never done any exercise to enlarge my penis, but I want to try. I have some questions related to th topic:

- If I miss 1 day traning, how to make it up for it?
- It desappears after a while the effect of exercise?
- What happens , if I warm my penis and I finish?

Thanks in advance for the answers and for the detailed information about the exercise.:)

Hey Steavy,

1. Just let it slide. PE is very gradual and one day missed is not a major setback.
2. Varies. Generally, the longer that you have sustained gains, the more persistent they will be. Look up the term 'cementing' for more info on the persistence of penile size gains.
3. What do you mean by 'warm my penis and finish?'

I've been doing this for a while now, almost at 90 days and I have had no gains at all. What I currently do:

Get in a warm shower, move my penis up/down/side/other side holding it for about 5 seconds. Do this a second time. A few helicopter spins. I usually have a hard on (or close to a hard on) so I wait a minute or two still in the shower. Jelq away. Have to stop every so often as I will get another erection. I may do about 50 jelqs. I will then go to the gym later on in the day and when I get home I will have another shower and jelq again (the same way for another 50 jelqs). I will then go to bed not long after the shower (I work out late at the gym) and will put some moisturiser on my dick and jelq away again - somewhere between 50 and 100 jelqs this time.

Hamburger, reread the first page of this thread. You're not doing the program as written.

Here is where you deviate from the program:

1. Stretches are held for 30 seconds, not five.
2. You do 3-5 PE sessions per week, with at least 24 hours in between sessions. Never twice or three times a day.
3. Each session consists of 150 jelqs and 90 v-jelqs.

That's if you want to do JP90. If you prefer an abbreviated routine, they are out there and they still work.

I hope this helps you change your routine for the better. Not trying to be overly critical - just pointing out where you differ from JP's program.
