Yes ... I am. Although I was born in South Africa.
And when i started PE the big mistake i made when my gains slowed was to do more and more PE.
I started to do my stretches for longer and increased my jelquing from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. I also included sit down fofwers of 30 minutes into my routine... so my routine is more intense as in December. In a week I will have been doing PE for 3 months.
My beginning routine:
Warmup 15 minutes
Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out) times 2
10 minutes jelquing
15 min Warm down
I actually now think if your gains slow you should do a lighter routine for a while so you get your dick deconditioned like a newbie again and then when you pick up the intensity gains should start to happen again.
The thought crossed my mind that was why I down sized my routine on Monday and took an extra rest day today. I was thinking of taking a break for 2/3 weeks and do a sort of maintanance routine to cement my current gain. Start again doing PE after the break and slowly build up the stretch and jelq timings.

Also thinking of buying a bathmate as part of the new routine in a couple of weeks time, but I am not to sure if this is the way to go.
I would appreciate some advice from the more experienced PE members that have been doing this for a couple of years.
