Day 47: Friday, 9 March 2012
Had a very stressful couple of days at work wich took its toll. I did not have time or energy to do PE. Started again last night but decided to do a good stretch routine only.
Routine pattern - Days: on / on / off / on / off /on / on / off / on / off / off
Blue text indicates changes to my normal routine.
1 cup of green tea with ginger and honey
Warmup 15 minutes
3 x Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out)
3 x Footlong stretches
3 x 10 Circle stretches
15 min Warm down
