JP90 routine Day 23:
Split session today.
Morning:
Warmup - 15 minutes
Two sets of stretches in all directions with 25 kegels for each stretch
30 minute sit-down fower
10 minute warm down
Afternoon:
Warmup - 10 minutes
Jelquing exercises - 3 sets of jelqs (30 min total) as follow:
(i) O - jelq: 7 minutes
(ii) V - jelq: 3 minutes
15 minute warm down
One set of warm down stretches in all directions
10 minute warm down
