Yes ... I am. Although I was born in South Africa.

And when i started PE the big mistake i made when my gains slowed was to do more and more PE.

I started to do my stretches for longer and increased my jelquing from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. I also included sit down fofwers of 30 minutes into my routine... so my routine is more intense as in December. In a week I will have been doing PE for 3 months.

My beginning routine:
Warmup 15 minutes
Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out) times 2
10 minutes jelquing
15 min Warm down

I actually now think if your gains slow you should do a lighter routine for a while so you get your dick deconditioned like a newbie again and then when you pick up the intensity gains should start to happen again.

The thought crossed my mind that was why I down sized my routine on Monday and took an extra rest day today. I was thinking of taking a break for 2/3 weeks and do a sort of maintanance routine to cement my current gain. Start again doing PE after the break and slowly build up the stretch and jelq timings.

Also thinking of buying a bathmate as part of the new routine in a couple of weeks time, but I am not to sure if this is the way to go.

I would appreciate some advice from the more experienced PE members that have been doing this for a couple of years.

Started my PE routine today after taking a couple of days off. I decided to return to basics again and see how it influence my EQ and gains. I am using my beginner routine based on PESG’s light beginner routine. I will do my warm up/down for 30 minutes and do bed fowers on PE days.

My beginning routine:
Warmup 15 minutes
Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out) times 2
10 minutes WET jelquing
15 min Warm down
Add: bed fofwer

Stretching:
I found an easy way to do a consistent stretch from session to session was to use your kegeling as your counter. I held each basic stretch for a count of 25 short kegels. That probably equated to around 30 seconds a stretch. I only did each direction ONCE for those 25 kegels. (Quoting PESG)

Jelquing:
I hold my first hand at the glans while starting the second hand. I count to 3. When I reach 3, I remove the first hand and return it to the base. I personally believe if you remove the hand too early, you are not accomplishing the basic principal of jelqing. I feel like you have to in some way trap the blood while forcing more in, if that makes sense. (Quoting PESG)

Day 42: Saturday, 25 February 2012

I enjoyed my routine yesterday. I concentrated on doing my jelqs proper concentrating on quality instead of quantity. Followed PESG's advice on jelquing technigue....

1 cup of green tea with ginger and honey
Warmup 15 minutes
Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out) times 2
10 minutes WET jelquing
15 min Warm down
Add: bed fofwer

I had a successful PE routine today.

It felt as if I was doing jelquing correctly for the first time. I did my jelqs straight out for 5 minutes followed by straight up jelqs for another 5 minutes. I moved my first hand up my penis shaft holding my second hand in the ok grip at the basis of my glans for 3 counts. I release my second hand o grip and continue my jelq for 5 more counts with my first hand till it reaches the basis of the glans locking it in place whilst I start my next jelq.

I could literally feel the blood move ahead of my jelquing hand up my shaft and into the glans. What an amazing feeling ;) :becky:. My glans was filled with blood and hard to the touch (like an 80 percent erection). I did jelquing at about a 30/40 percent erection level. I kept on getting erections the first 3 minutes and had to stop jelquing till I went flaccid again. Got used to the new technigue within 4 minutes.

I took my afternoon nap and did a bed fofwer. Fell asleep whilst doing the bedfower and woke up with little johny still tucked inbetween my thighs. Had a good 1 hour stretch.

Damn.... I did not go out last night. Got a fever and felt miserable so I stayed at home. All congested this morning due to sinus problems. I was very horny last night and rewarded my pecker for being a good boy!

Normaly after a masturbation session I go flaccid very fast. I stayed at 80-90% erect levels for 20 minutes after I shot my load. I guess its just another sign of an increased EQ due to PE.

In December 2011 / January 2012 I had my best length gains. I forgot what my goals were: a healthy penis and stimulating blood circulation. When I saw the added bonus of length and girth gains due to my PE sessions I got obsessed with enlarging my willy and changed my routine to gain. Human, I suppose but nice anyway!!

I had since then gradually upped my routine in terms of length and jelquing times to try and force gaining. PESG states in his routine that he kept his routine the same for a year and had great gains. Thus, I have decided to return to basics.

1) Follow the same routine I did in Dec /Jan.
2) Do PE on a - 2 day on / 1 day off / 1 day on / 1 day off /2 day on / 1 day off / 1 day on / 1 day off routine. I did this to give myself plenty rest days and when my body told me I need more days off, I did exactly that. So, Maybe I should do this again.
3) Focus on my original goals. Gains are a nice and welcome bonus...

Today is a rest day. I wrapped my heating pad around my penis and enjoyed a cup of green tea with ginger and honey and relaxed watching movies, Starting to get addicted :rolleyes: to this tea concoction.

My member seem to be not as plump as usual when I do stretches and jelquing. Will see how it goes tomorrow

I had an awesome workout. I tried the 'superjelqs' (SJ) posted by soon2bhuge‎. I did 10 quick SJ 's and continue with my normally o jelqs for 2 minutes. Then switched to 2 minute v-jelqs without SJs. During o jelquing my penis filled up fast with blood and were nice and plump at about a 50 - 60 % erection level.

Saturday thoughts:

I had my 1 hour nap and did a bed fower. Woke up with a nice plump flaccid hang and decided to apply my heat pad just to keep little johhny happy. I am impressed with the veins on my flaccid when I shake loose a bit. They stand out a bit and look impressive.

I use to turtle to about 2/3 cm. Now I dont turtle so often anymore and its a 'larger' turtle around 6 cm. Its a pity I did not take a picture of my flaccid hang in the beginning. It would have been nice to compare visually.

Took a photo of my flaccid for myself but decided to post it here. Ahhh... there are some peroxided :becky: hair in the shot... the benefits of getting older.

Had a good workout. My penis was well-engorged with blood after my jelqs. Veins stood out more than normal and mid-shaft was very thick. Hope its not baseball effect. I tried to keep my penis filled with blood by massaging and rubbing my shaft and head for 5 minutes after workout. I kept my penis at this engorgement level and wrapped my heatpad around the shaft to warm down. I applied a xixture of honey and cinnamin to my penis' shaft skin for healing and increased blood circulation.
