Increasing jelquing session by 2 minutes as from today

1 Cup of ginger-green tea.
1 Cup of tea made of 2 cinnamon sticks brewed for 30 minutes with 1 tablespoon raw honey.
10 min warm up
1 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
Continue with 5 min warm up (experimenting)
1 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
200 kegels whilst doing stretches
12 minute of wet jelquing (doing 4 seconds 'o' jelqs for 1 minute. Then change to 4 seconds 'v' jelqs for a minute)
15 min warm down

Decided to measure lastnight to confirm my sucpicions that there have been some gains. So, I ripped out my hammer which I use like a dowel and measured.

Measurements:
(06/01/12)
BPFL 16.9 cm (+ 0.7 cm)
BPEL 16,8 cm
(+ 0.8 cm) :D
EG (base) 13.5 cm (same)
EG (midshaft) 13,2 cm
(+ 0.2 cm):D

Measurements: (23/01/12)
BPFL 16.9 cm (did not measure)
BPEL 17,1 cm
(+ 1.1 cm increase overall) :D
EG (base) 13.5 cm (same)
EG (midshaft) 13,5 cm
(+ 0.5 cm increase overall):D

Observations about my penis shape:

I have noticed that my penis' shape has changed slightly when erect. It has a slight bend to the left, which it never had. It also looks as if the right side of my penis, mid-shaft, is a bit thicker than the other side. I have also noticed a stronger upwards curve. Now I have been wondering if these changes is due to PE or to the fact that my EQ has increased to about a 8 on the scale. I have rock hard erections which reminds me of my EQ when I was half my age.

Interesting!


Observations about my flaccid hang:
Wow! What a hang this morning after the bed fowers and edging. I did not ejaculate after the edging. I am not to sure if I did edging or balooning maybe something halfway inbetween.

I decided to take the day off today. I did include edging and a bed fower last night. The PIs is looking good, but I don't want to overdo it. I feel, reading various posts on here, that rest is just an important part of a routine as the actual PE.

Day 27, Wednesday, 25 January 2012

1 Cup of tea made of 2 cinnamon sticks brewed for 30 minutes with 1 tablespoon raw honey. Taken 1/2 cup in the evenings before bed and the other 1/2 first thing in the morning. Its a weightloss recipe and cinnamon is supposedly good for diabetics as it helps with the absorbtion of insulin in cells.

Routine:

1 Cup of ginger-green tea with raw honey.
10 min warm up
2 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
200 kegels whilst doing stretches
12 minute of wet jelquing (doing 4 seconds 'o' jelqs for 1 minute. Then change to 4 seconds 'v' jelqs for a minute)
15 min warm down
30 minutes of edging

Completed my PE exercise and I am warming down now.

I heat my compress pad and wrap it around my penis. I leave it till it is totally cooled down (30 min). I am watching TV and doing some internet surfing whilst warmin down.

Still need to do the edging though

Today I decided to increase the pressure I used when jelquing (4 seconds movement), but still keep it comfortable. During the v-jelq I went from 30% erect to 70% erect. I suppose it had to do with the amount of blood I squeezed into my penis. I waited for my erection to go flaccid again before I continued. The veins in the skin were showing nicely. Hope I did not overdo it. I will do a 30 minute warm down.

I took a mid afternoon nap and did a bedfower. Fell asleep and woke up an hour later.

Had a nice flaccid hang this morning. My willy is plump, soft and I am happy.

Today is a rest day today but I had my cup of ginger-green tea with raw honey :)

why do u use green tea,for what?

i have here alot stuffs which i use in my gym (whey,creatin...) can i keep using this when peing??

I am drinking green tea with fresh ginger (sometimes powdered ginger) and honey as ginger improves blood circulation. Green tea has oxidants in them and somewhere on this forum (I can't remember where) it was stated that it boost testorone levels.

I have decided to take today off as well to give little J a bit of a rest from PE. I had my cup of green tea with honey and ginger tea and am looking forward to a whole body oil masage in the hamam. A nice long romantic lovemaking session planned for tonight :)

Routine:

15 min warm up
2 x 1 minute basic stretches in all directions
150 kegels
12 minute of wet jelquing Then change to 5 seconds 'v' jelqs for 3 minutes)
Note:
(i) o-jelqs done down and straight out as a 5 seconds 'o' jelqs for 3 minutes
(ii) change to 5 seconds 'v' jelqs for 3 minutes upwards
(iii) repeat step 1 and 2 twice
5 minute warm massage of lateral sides of penis.
30 min warm down fower with penis between testicles and heat physiotherapy pad on dorsal end of penis.

15 minute of wet jelquing Then change to 5 seconds 'v' jelqs for 3 minutes)
Note:

(ii) change to 5 seconds 'v' jelqs for 3 minutes upwards
(iii) repeat step 1 and 2 twice

Day 33, Sunday, 4 February 2012

Had a nice, fluffy hang yesterday and this morning. I decided to cut back on kegels, because I don't want to overdue it. I jelqued with a mixture of petroleum jelly and honey today. The honey created the petroleum jelly to be more gel like and easier to jel with and I have read that honey is good for skin on the internet. Once I completed my warm down fower 0f 30 minutes with heat pack applied I will take a nice warm shower.

Routine:
1 Cup of ginger-green tea with raw honey.
15 min warm up
2 x 1 minute basic stretches in all directions
200 kegels
15 minue fower with heat pack around penis
15 minute of wet jelquing Then change to 5 seconds 'v' jelqs for 3 minutes)
