Increasing jelquing session by 2 minutes as from today
1 Cup of ginger-green tea.
1 Cup of tea made of 2 cinnamon sticks brewed for 30 minutes with 1 tablespoon raw honey.
10 min warm up
1 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
Continue with 5 min warm up (experimenting)
1 x 30 sec basic stretches in all directions
200 kegels whilst doing stretches
12 minute of wet jelquing (doing 4 seconds 'o' jelqs for 1 minute. Then change to 4 seconds 'v' jelqs for a minute)
15 min warm down
