Guys, I want to address a simple question to all of you who have undertaken the PreE condition. I am mostly interested in the guys with severe life long PreE, but every response is very much appreciated!
The lucky guys who in one or another way have undertaken the condition are describing their routines and so forth, but I am interested in a slightly different part of the whole experience.
We are starting at the bottom, where we are two pump chump for example and we start to follow a routine which goal is to retrain our non-conscious brain. This process involves different things regarding our current situation and condition so they all differ from one person to another.
My question is while following your routine when did you started to "TEST" it on the field (figure speaking) and how were the results build on. We all know, no matter how much we all want this, that this is not an overnight change and it takes time and the biggest problem is that when you think you are doing very well on your solo sessions and when you go out there and you blow it again you are going in the same sh*t hole you were before starting your routine.
So the interesting part for me is, based on your experience, what was your progress, after which time you build the confidence that the things you are doing, your routine, actually works? This is the first step, at least for me, because I am a competitive guy and I always want to improve, but it is very hard for me to do it when no matter what I do I am getting the same results over and over again, this might be due my impatience, that is why I want to be inspired from your success stories and how did you overcome it, because if I notice that a certain thing works I would dig a hole to China if I have to but I will do it, but as long as I am not seeing any results it is very depressing.
