So after having sex with my girl, I came within say 5 minutes. Started off doing missionary where I seemed to have control although not sure if I'm doing my reverse kegels correct as it seemingly pushed me closer to ponr, is it better keeping the whole region relaxed in this case? She got on top reverse cowgirl and damn I blew my load although carried on. Gunna carry on practicing controlling my arousal/ distracting myself/ kegels...anymore advise? to potentially be doing rks wrong or rest the whole region is the question. Cheers x

Try pulling out and rk its way easier that way, I use to have to look away and pull out but it helped me get the hang of it.

I want to practise edging but i am afraid that it will increase the sensitivity of my dick which is already too sensitive.
any advice on that?

Edging will allow you to learn how to control your arousal, and train your brain that it can take more stimulation without immediate release, in other words, you can reverse the effects of poor masturbation habits if you are patient and take your time familiarizing yourself with how you respond to stimulation. :)

Also balancing your pelvic floor will help you a lot. :D

Yes edging is never a bad thing if done properly, it does wonders and you should read about I just thought you could edge with your partner just sounds more fun haha

Long before the ponr, stop stimulation and perform an RK, and with practice you will be able to do an RK while you are still stimulating your penis or thrusting during intercourse. :)

Keep training it will come with time, breathing is important, don't hold your breath. :)

Hi Guys,

Really good thread & thanks for all the great info. I am personally going to be starting this routine from week 1 very shorlty, just a couple of quick questions before i put together my final routine to stick to and hopefully the start to curing my PE ...... Would you add Kegels, Edging & Ballooning into this routine? I have come accross threads for all these 3 things with advice on how long to do them for, how many times a week etc. Would you recommend adding these into the above routine? Apologise for all the questions, just very confusing for a newB & trying to get my head round as much as possible before putting a plan together of what needs to be done and how often it needs to be done.

Any help/advise would be appreciated?

hi im trying your ejaculation response guide and i have a few questions

First do you think i should learn the scale more before i really start or do i just learn it as i go along with the steps

second im not used to masterbaiting with lube i normaly just have my foreskin glide over the head so when i used lube it was really overwhelming so can i do smaller increments of time like one minute instead of three?

and why only every three days? why shouldn't i just keep trying every day?

so yeah if you could get back to me when you have the time that would be great.

I am repeating my post here, so if the author login again he would see it as I think his opinion on the subject would be the best one I could think of as he was somehow in the boat where I am at the moment!

Guys, I want to address a simple question to all of you who have undertaken the PreE condition. I am mostly interested in the guys with severe life long PreE, but every response is very much appreciated!

The lucky guys who in one or another way have undertaken the condition are describing their routines and so forth, but I am interested in a slightly different part of the whole experience.

We are starting at the bottom, where we are two pump chump for example and we start to follow a routine which goal is to retrain our non-conscious brain. This process involves different things regarding our current situation and condition so they all differ from one person to another.

My question is while following your routine when did you started to "TEST" it on the field (figure speaking) and how were the results build on. We all know, no matter how much we all want this, that this is not an overnight change and it takes time and the biggest problem is that when you think you are doing very well on your solo sessions and when you go out there and you blow it again you are going in the same sh*t hole you were before starting your routine.

So the interesting part for me is, based on your experience, what was your progress, after which time you build the confidence that the things you are doing, your routine, actually works? This is the first step, at least for me, because I am a competitive guy and I always want to improve, but it is very hard for me to do it when no matter what I do I am getting the same results over and over again, this might be due my impatience, that is why I want to be inspired from your success stories and how did you overcome it, because if I notice that a certain thing works I would dig a hole to China if I have to but I will do it, but as long as I am not seeing any results it is very depressing.

Hopefully you've understood my point! I would, and probably every other member, appreciate your time and answers!

Yes, I've checked his profile and he hasn't login for a few months now. I do hope that he might come back to check, and if he does, I know he will meet our expectations! As I wrote in the post above yours, those are the things which are pulling me back to from the progress, as I don't truly believe I can undertake this condition, but if a sign shows that I am on the right track....China here I come :D

What a great thread!

I have read it in full and have just completed week one. I am asking for help since I am not sure if this technique will help me.

I am able to masturbate for 25 minutes and maintain on level 7, sometimes I need to slow down a little bit or even stop, but I think that is fine.

However when I tried to do the same with my fleshlight I started to have lots of involuntary kegels and I had to stop all the time because I reached a level 9 within 30 seconds. Specifically the involuntarily kegels occur when it is really tight around the edge of the glands/frenulum. When I have real sex I have a similar experience when a girl is near orgasm, when she starts to clinch around my dick I always orgasm very soon.

Conclusion and question
I can handle stimulation pretty much alright unless it becomes to tight/intense. Should I continue with this program or should I work on something else?

ByggD i want to thank you.I have tried a lot of tehniques but your tehnique about arousal control changed my sex life.Until yesterday i was cumming before penetretion but with your exercises and structure yesterday night i last around 30-35 minutes.It was the first time in my life when i was literally enjoy sex.I was relaxed thinking to not let my arousal control me and worked.Sorry for my grammar and all i want to say is i can't thank you enough,God bless you

Yes you can continue edging but just don't go to the point of ejaculation. You are retraining your ejaculation response. Depending on your goals and tolerance only ejaculate every 3 days. On a 5 day training program you could ejaculate 2 of those days if you prefer.
