In week one if I masturbate without stimuli (and not thinking about anything..complete blank in my head)i can go on for more than 30 min, but if I imagine how my gf is sucking me or how i enter her, no matter the time, even a minute after i startet masturbating, I get over aroused and need to stop and my glans get super sensitive. If I take a break and stop thinking again, I can resume the job for 30 minutes.

Sounds like a pretty solid guide. It's quite funny for me. When I try to have sex with a condom, I can't get hard at all, lose erection and so on. But when I try to do it without a condom, I want to cum too fast too soon and I naturally never do it, since I don't want to have children. It's not really enjoyable. I don't know what to do.

something problem with me.
stroking tight will give me intense feeling,
i will get 9 very soon if my hand is steady and my body will do the move(if you know what i mean, im fuckin my hands)
i tried missionary position and i will get to 9 too fast, if my hands were only to move i can last longer,
how fast is good SPS(storke per second) ?
and i dont understand the proper thrusting method said in the first page,
midshaft 3-5 times, so that doesnt include glans, and it will follow 2 stroke that include the glans?

Just one question, I don't have a regular sexual partner so it could be a few weeks before I have sex with a girl. Do you think it's important to have regular sex after you have mastered the method whilst masturbating?

What about sex with girl? How long do you last then?

I also had this problem at one point. However, now with a condom if I am not fully hard I sometimes have a hard time keeping it up and I have to take a long time to finish. If I don't use a condom I will last from 15min to however long.

Do the program. I don't know if you watch porn, but quitting has improved my erection quality immensely!

ByggD hasn't been on the site for what seems like over a year now. Having great success from this program I will be trying to answer questions for everyone.

To answer your question, I personally did not have regular sex while doing this program, and I saw a couple of minutes of stamina gain.
I also went for a period of time with no regular sex as well as no masturbating (about 8 months after doing this program) and saw another stamina gain of 30min.

I have receive a couple of messages from individuals who using fleshlights. Here is my suggestion (this can also be utilized for anyone who wishes to do this):

Instead of increasing your duration of masturbation each day, you should focus on simply increasing duration over a longer stretch of time. What I mean is, perhaps it is better to increase the amount of time you are masturbating every five days rather than every day. This makes sense as you are creating "mini goals" and you will only increase time spent masturbating after you have passed the goal. The following guideline is to illustrate what I am talking about:

Days 1-5 work on consistently lasting 5 minutes
Days 6-10 work on consistently lasting 10 minutes
Days 11-15 work on consistently lasting 15 minutes
Days 16-20 work on consistently lasting 20 minutes
Etcetera

Basically you could be lasting up to 30 minutes in 30 days. That sounds like one hell of a deal to me.

I like this quite a lot better than increasing the time each day. Perhaps this is why I struggled with my dedication to the routine posted in the original post when I tried it the first two times and I was not successful until the third bout. This should be helpful and I am guessing many people will not see this post as there have been many comments to this thread. Thus, I am going to post an addendum to the original post that way this "mini goal" idea will get more views and could perhaps reduce attrition. Maybe I am being overly confident. Eh, so long as people are seeing progress it won't matter to me.

When we say "X" minutes, are we talking about 5 minutes with straight stimulation (without stopping)?

Out of curiosity, what benefits do you see your self gaining masturbating once every 3 days as opposed to every day.

I do this every 3 days as well but I was wondering if I did it every day what difference it would make

Honestly, I feel that masturbating is almost completely unnecessary depending on what your goals are.

If you are trying to balance your pelvic floor only, there is no need to masturbate to help.
If you are trying to learn how to react to your over-arousal then masturbating often will help you learn how to react to arousal.

According to the AOA theory I have been working with, keeping masturbating to a minimum will lower your average arousal response over-time because you cause yourself arousal less often.

For this program, the longer you can wait the better. But I think it would be most efficient to ejaculate once a week.

hey guys this is my first time here/on this website and after reading around I found this to be the guide that I wanted to follow and have some general ideas that i'd like to see if im right about and can track my progress here and possibly get some tips, etc.

Just some info about me sexually first, I usually last less than a minute in bed embarassingly enough, and only last a few minutes while masturbating.

So i've started this guide yesterday, and found to have a really, really efficient session. I was feeling overly optimistic and shot for 10 minutes in my first session becasue it was going so well. While reverse kegeling while feeling tension (and by reverse kegeling i mean slightly pushing outwards similar to a peeing sensation where i also notice the head of my penis slightingly swelling) i managed to have a really nice session and believe everything went really well... and all as good and well until today when I screwed everything up and blew my load prematurely and I was completely trying to forget the experience. Later I had sex with my girlfriend and lasted an embarassingly short amount of time and was wondering how i could last 10 minutes while masturbating and so short while sex. Maybe my head isn't in the right place and i forget to reverse kegel perhaps.

Anyway my goal is to be able to last around 10 minutes by next month. Is it a bad idea to perhaps practice in the day and then have sex with my girlfriend after while trying to apply some similar techniques and preventing ejaculation? I spoke to my gf about it and she seemed very willing to help. Hi guys im new here at Pegym and im from asia got PE since highschool im 31 now and been reading some great posts here, then i stumbled with Byggd's post and do it, i got a question just now im masterbating and i feel i can go whenever i want i feel numbness with my balls tho but its not hurting at all, is it a good sign to get over PE? thanks in advance.

Hey love your guide! It really is an great contribution.

I have a bit of an problem though and that is egen i bring down my arousal... The thing is that my mind almost completely loses arousal when I tell it to go 7 and i begin losing my erection. I think that it is a bit to mechanical for me at the moment (kinda how some men loses their erection when fiddeling with the condom). Do you have any tip or just try to get the seven to be a seven instead of making me feel like an 3ish?

So, with the looking at photos and making my way up to videos, i find i cant get hard by looking at photos, i get a lil chub when listening to audio, but only get fully hard with porn or with my girl. Interesting thing is i need the audio in the porn or it does nothing for me, but audio aloje doesnt do it. I need all pieces of the puzzle to get hard. And when i do get hard i blow my load in less than 2 mins, involuntary kegeling the whole time

So having said that, should i quit porn for a few months and THEN try this stuff? Cause if i do the gradual arousal thing, im just gonna be floppy until i get to porn.
