hey guys this is my first time here/on this website and after reading around I found this to be the guide that I wanted to follow and have some general ideas that i'd like to see if im right about and can track my progress here and possibly get some tips, etc.
Just some info about me sexually first, I usually last less than a minute in bed embarassingly enough, and only last a few minutes while masturbating.
So i've started this guide yesterday, and found to have a really, really efficient session. I was feeling overly optimistic and shot for 10 minutes in my first session becasue it was going so well. While reverse kegeling while feeling tension (and by reverse kegeling i mean slightly pushing outwards similar to a peeing sensation where i also notice the head of my penis slightingly swelling) i managed to have a really nice session and believe everything went really well... and all as good and well until today when I screwed everything up and blew my load prematurely and I was completely trying to forget the experience. Later I had sex with my girlfriend and lasted an embarassingly short amount of time and was wondering how i could last 10 minutes while masturbating and so short while sex. Maybe my head isn't in the right place and i forget to reverse kegel perhaps.
Anyway my goal is to be able to last around 10 minutes by next month. Is it a bad idea to perhaps practice in the day and then have sex with my girlfriend after while trying to apply some similar techniques and preventing ejaculation? I spoke to my gf about it and she seemed very willing to help. Any quick tips or anything along those lines would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance for your time i'm hoping this will all lead to a life changing experience.
