Stats in signature, I'm skeptical about jelqing but I'm pretty unsatisfied with my size so might as well give it a try.

Current Routine is:
Warm up ~ 1-2 minutes (bad I know)
15 second stretches in each direction
40 jelqs 5 seconds each
10 second stretches in each direction

After a month of literally no progress, EQ better but no increase in measurements. Also, feeling no soreness so going to change the routine.

As of tomorrow:
Warm up for 10 minutes
3 reps of 15 seconds stretches in each direction
50 jelqs at 20%-60% erection
50 jelqs at 60%-80% erection
10 second stretches in each direction

Also, I'm not sure how hard I should be gripping. Ive been gripping really hard but not that it hard, just intense though

Any advice?

Sounds like a great routine! I'm sorry you haven't seen any results yet, but please don't give up. I'm in my 5th week of peing consistently about to be my 6th week in a day. And I have grew 0.25" in length from 6"-6.25" and a 0.25 in beg from 4.3/4"-5".

Now I started off counting my jelqs much like you, but I prefer to go by time. This is my routine if you see something you might want to incorporate please do so.

Stretches (up, down, left and right 30 second hold) I do that three times for a total of 6 minutes.

I jelq for 15 minutes, I am going to bump this up to 20 minutes next week

Then I edge for 20 minutes, but sometimes just 10 or 15.I highly recommend you add this in as I believe this has helped with my gains and also had helped me in other areas. Be sure you do a strong kegel when you reach the ponr.

I hope you get more replies as I am new to pe as well but I hope this helps! Also stay consistent and persistent friend!

Yeah PE actually works.. I was surprised hahah. It's well worth the time though, especially if you find out that you're a fast gainer. Just post in this progress log every time after your routine, it really helps keep consistency. Just post thoughts, and whether you did in the routine, and how you thought you did in it etc. Helps a ton.

Day 1
Warmed up for like 3 minutes, and stretched for 30 seconds each direction.
Jelqed for 20 minutes
Stretched for 15 seconds each direction

Day 2
Didnt have enough time
Stretched for 30 seconds each direction
Jelqed for like 5 minutes

Day 3
Warmed up 3 minutes, stretched 30 seconds each direction
Jelqed for 15 minutes
stretched for another 15 seconds

Day 4
Warmed up for like 3 minutes, and stretched for 30 seconds each direction.
Jelqed for 20 minutes
Stretched for 15 seconds each direction

Day 5
Warmed up for like 3 minutes, and stretched for 30 seconds each direction.
Jelqed for 20 minutes
Stretched for 15 seconds each direction

Those spots are common. I had them too in my first week of stretching. Your glans will slowly get used to the blood pressure when you squeeze it for stretching. Try babypowder to get a better grip with less force.

If you are looking for gaining lenght I would increase the stretching reps or time. Slowly towards 5-10 min stretch per direction total (5x 1 min or 5x 2 min)

I would also recommend making a ricesock. Get a better warm up. And warm down ofcourse.

I stopped for idk how many days...since i last posted, dont remember when that was really disappointed in myself but i think from now on i can keep on track

jelqed yesterday after an exhausting day
warm up for a minute
stretched in each direction for 1 minute
jelqed 100 times
stretched in each direction for 20 seconds

jelqed just now

warmed up for a minute
stretch in each direction 45 seconds, 3 times
jelqed for 15 minutes
stretched for 15 seconds each direction

Should I be increasing my warm up time? (where i put a hot cloth on. I do it in the shower so its continuous hot water on the cloth so it doesnt get cold)

Should i bother stretching after the jelq?

Should i be increasing jelq time to 20 mins?

Your penis size is good. Keep it up and you will grow it. Stretching after the jelqs is good. Also helicopter shakes, and thigh slaps. Restoring blood flow, and moving things around is great.
Stay consistent and slowly add to the routine over time. Stretching in the shower can make it slippery. While baby powder can help that it doesn't work well in the shower. Grip with the washcloth can help. You don't need a really hard grip. Looking good, keep it up.

I mean i guess - Id be satisfied with a 5.5 length NON bone press, my girth is deff a bit low...but non bone pressed right now im barely 5 inches.

and if i start bulking to gain weight my non bone pressed will be around 4 inches which is pathetic.

It is not pathetic. When you have sex you squish the fat pad out of the way so bpel is actually pretty accurate for usable penis. Keep doing the excersize and you will meet your goals.

I am only in week 9 of my program so I don't feel confident about giving advice but I will anyway. Personally I will say this works I am a completely different person then i was nine weeks ago. All i can say is stick with the program.

My tips
* Read everything, use every resource you will discover pockets of wisdom you would never have conceived existed.
* Keep track of the exact date this helps motivate you and keep track of your progress all my logs start like this Week: 9 Day:3 7/11/2015
* Warm up and down for longer periods of time this is a important step in the overall process. I personally dislike Rice Socks or Warm water they get the job done but. I prefer a heating pad ( a hot tub would be nice though)
* Wishful10x8 is exactly correct when he suggests to stay consistent and add over time to your routine. For the first couple weeks I did added 5 Jelqs a day to my routine till I worked up to the number of total Jelqs in Jp90. His suggestions about stretching are spot on as well.
* I think the best piece of advice I can give is to constantly read over the beginner posts again and to constantly refine your techniques especially Jelqing. I personally check how I Jelq every few days I also go to a couple different Enlargement sites read and watch posts on Jelqing and try to see what I can improve on.

We have similar starting stats so I look forward to seeing your progression.

damn 5 a day?... i started with 50 jelqs... now i do 20 mins.. which is prob around 150
