i have been slacking super hard mainly because I have been getting ready to go back to school

but also i really dont wanna stretch out my foreskin anymore. im uncircumcised and i guess im not doing it correctly since i feel my foreskin stretching. ive read posts on how to do it so it doesnt stretch but still the same

i got a little free time so im back for a bit

starting measurements:
bpel: 5.9
eg: 4.5

goal by end of January
bpel: 6.1
eg: 4.75

girth is a bit of a stretch but we'll see

today:
warm up 3 mins
stretch each direction 1 min, 5 times
helicopter 2 mins
jelq 15 mins


forgot to stretch at the end will add that in tomorrow

any tips or suggestions are welcome
