Yeah 5 a day My reasoning is if I hop right into doing 150 Jelqs a day I could injure myself. I mean you don't walk into a gym and start bench pressing 200 pounds for your first time. You start maybe with 45 or 90 and add some weight over time.I read a lot of posts which seemed to indicate that increasing the workload every week or two weeks kept consistent results in some cases.
