Yeah 5 a day My reasoning is if I hop right into doing 150 Jelqs a day I could injure myself. I mean you don't walk into a gym and start bench pressing 200 pounds for your first time. You start maybe with 45 or 90 and add some weight over time.I read a lot of posts which seemed to indicate that increasing the workload every week or two weeks kept consistent results in some cases.

To each his own PE is a individuals journey

day 14 (yesterday)
i rested but did some stretches


day 15(today)
jelqed after gym tired as fuck, didnt feel very efficient jelqs
less than a minute of warm up
15 second stretches in each direction twice
100 jelqs

worst jelq session so far, but figured it better than nothing

day 16 was gonna rest but figure ive been resting too much so i tried and jelq

warmed up 5 mins
stretched for 15 seconds each direction 3 times (hands kept cramping up idk why)
tried jelqing for 10 minutes and i kept getting hard lol

will try again later

edit: ended up continuing jelq session, jelqed 40 minutes in total...could only get like 3 jelqs in before i got hard and needed to stop so in reality prob only jelqed for like 25 mins

day 17 and 18 i was out of state and did not have time to jelq

day 19
warm up 3 minutes
stretch each direction 1 minutes, 3 times
helicopter 2 mins
jelq for 15 minutes (133 jelqs)
stretch each direction 15 seconds

re measure before i go do my PE:

BPEL: 5.8
EG: 4.6

i think the day i measured my initial measurements i had bad EQ cause the girth increase of .45 is a lot of improvement but i dont see much difference.. so probably just like .1 of increase and a lot better EQ maybe?


either way im somewhat happy with my progress. wish i culd see more length increase soon but ill take it for now and keep going

warm up 3 minutes
stretched each direction 1 minute, 5 times
helicopter stretched 2 minutes
jelqed for 20 minutes
stretched each direction 1 minute

idk if its me seeing progress and a mental thing or something but i felt like today was my most efficient workout, my dick actually feels sore when its usually my hands getting sore before anything lol


also 2 questions:

any tips on how to get an upwards curve? im talking just a little bit. currently im like completely straight and ive been sleeping on my stomach with my dick flipped up cause i read somewhere that this helps

also, im uncircumsized but can pulled my foreskin back extremely easily, i feel like when i jelq i am also stretching my foreskin and when i pull my foreskin back theres just an abundance of foreskin sitting at the base of my penis ... any idea to retighten it i guess? not sure what im asking actually

I'm 3 weeks in (on my 4th week currently), and currently I have stronger EQ (was already pretty strong to start), longer, fuller flaccid, and more prominent veins. Very slight changes in my BPEL as well, but that could always be measuring error. I can tell you, though, that many on here have gained inches, and that it is possible. Its all about consistency and hard work! Results will come if you combine those things. :)

OT, keep working at it needitBigger! It'll all pay off in time!

there ya go man, im pretty sure i gain only a TINY bit of size increase, most of it is from better erection quality im pretty sure

Just re-measured to make sure measurements were right in response to my last post for that guy who was wondering.....

6 inches flat BPEL...didnt expect that! will measure again tomorrow to see if im dreaming
